1. This proposal legally helps companies related to crypto in Colombia so that they receive special treatment and advice in the Chambers of Commerce (entity where companies are legally registered and managed)
2. This project will be developed by the main proponent and will produce a document with legal support for the organization that brings together the Chambers of Commerce of Colombia and we hope that the Chambers of Commerce will provide special treatment and advice to crypto companies in Colombia.
3. This proposal is innovative because by achieving success it would help all the companies already established and those that will be created in the future and not just some in particular, helping to strengthen the crypto ecosystem and the Cardano ecosystem by helping all the entrepreneurs of the project catalyst in Colombia

• The way to align with the challenge is innovative because it not only provides help individually but also to all companies through the Chambers of Commerce, which are the entities where companies in Colombia are legally registered and constituted.

The main risk is not delivering the deliverable product, but the risk is minimal because it depends on the professional advice of the proponent of this project, who is highly motivated to comply with said management.

1. The project will have a duration of 5 months.

3. During the first month, a legal study will be made of the Political Constitution of Colombia.
4. During the second month, a legal study will be made of the legal nature of the Chambers of Commerce.
5. during the third month a legal study will be made to the organization "CONFECAMARAS"
6. During the fourth month, a legal study will be made of the laws that regulate, protect and encourage innovation in Colombia.
7. During the fifth month, a legal study will be carried out on the legal nature of companies in Colombia.
