Tokenlist want to build a marketplace for legal and compliance workforce working on Cardano
For younger developers who needs support from legal and compliance team can receive assured response for their query posted in our platform.
Closest place to get a paid short term legal support for web3 application for developer is social media like twitter, reddit, telegram etc
If a person has some query regarding any legal issues he can just leave a post. If it fails to get response in time from the legal team. Our team member will directly contact multiple legal professional and make sure that the query is answered. We will help in discovery, scheduling of meeting and carrying out the payment to streamline end to end process.
It has 3 major areas
- Onboard Legal Professionals who has understanding of web3
- Ability for developers and young entrepreneurs to post their query
- This shall we notified to all legal professionals and can answer the query, If no one has answered the query. Our team will personally contact the legal professionals and make sure that they respond to the query.

Expanding developer/entrepreneurial community is one of the biggest aim of Cardano ecosystem.
More developers and entrepreneur's might join the Cardano ecosystem, if the community support beyond the technical use cases and provide support on their legal queries and provide legal connection. Developers know how to develop, and entrepreneurs know how to build business but a legal support could help them boost their confidence.

Risk: Legal personal registered is not fully committed
Mitigation: We will be utilizing the legal professional working with us (India) to answer the queries if any query is un attended.
Risk: Members doesnt want to put a public post
Mitigation: We also plan to have an option to post as anonymous person.

Currently we are not looking at repeat funding. But if we feel an upgrade from the current structure is necessary based on the feedback from the community, we might seek repeat funding from catalyst.

- The entire project will be divided into smaller tasks and shall be marked as done based on the progress.
- Gitlab will be used to host the latest code and will be available for anyone to view or test
- There will be timely reports which will be submitted
- APIs will be updated in the API document once it is pushed to staging/production server

The short term success of the project will measured based on the number of legal queries posted and legal team responding to each query a developer/entrepreneur.
The long term success of the platform also depend new lawyers getting registered and engaging with the community. And the increase in the number of queries posted every month.
