Proposers are the people who create proposals to grow the Cardano ecosystem. All of their proposals are built to serve the Cardano ecosystem. But their current proposals are mostly presented as documents (a proposal contains a lot of words, ADA holders don't have much time and effort to read and understand all proposals).

Most voters do not know the product of the proposal and the team implements that proposal in detail.

To help voters get more information about the proposals they voted for in the Catalyst and that the fund proposers can share their projects with the community, we created a Youtube channel to interview the funded proposers.

During these interviews, proposers can share more specifically about their project, their project implementation plan, the benefits they bring to the Cardano ecosystem, and call for community support. their projects in the future.

This Proposal will help connect the proposal's team and the ADA holder better. Because ADA holders only know about proposals' teams and proposals through proposals submitted on IdeaScale.

ADA holder does not have much time and effort to read and fully understand what the proposer submits. Writing is also not an optimal way for the proposals' team to show all the great things about their projects.

Therefore, the proposal's team interview videos with questions related to the project can be of great help to everyone who can easily understand the projects.

The proposal's team can also easily share more about the project, project implementation plan, future plans,... so that the community can support them in the future if the project continues to develop.
