The Cardano community must be equipped to responsibly request and manage treasury funds for marketing. Without this capability there could be a critical gap in marketing support for 2025 and beyond.
This is the total amount allocated to AdaLink x Business Atelier: Cardano Marketing Action.
We will develop a comprehensive framework and guide that can be adopted or adapted by MBOs, Cardano DAOs, marketing agencies, and other entities to manage marketing funds and strategy effectively.
No dependencies.
Our project is designed to be fully open-source throughout its lifecycle, allowing for transparency and collaboration.
We will assemble a team of marketing professionals, business development experts, and Cardano community members to create a comprehensive framework and guide. This framework can be adopted or adapted by MBOs like the Frenchies Club by AdaLink, Intersect, Cardano DAOs, marketing agencies, and other organizations. It will provide clear guidelines, strategies, and best practices for managing Cardano's Treasury funds specifically for marketing initiatives. The guide will outline budgeting, campaign execution, and performance tracking to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency in all marketing activities.
Our solution will empower organizations within the Cardano ecosystem to drive global adoption through well-structured, impactful marketing strategies. By enabling any entity within the ecosystem to establish a marketing organization, they will be equipped to:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing framework that promotes Cardano in 2025 and beyond.
• Transparently manage a marketing budget that effectively supports Cardano’s global adoption.
The Marketing Action document will include:
• Organizational Responsibilities
• Operational Structure
• Code of Conduct
• Code of Ethics
• Plan for Allocation of Grants for Cardano Businesses' Marketing Needs
• Community Input Plan
By addressing the current lack of structure around marketing fund management, this project offers a scalable solution that will empower Cardano businesses, developers, DAOs, and other key stakeholders. This will ultimately drive growth, enhance visibility, and foster broader adoption across the ecosystem.
To further strengthen this process, we will involve the Cardano community by hosting town halls after each deliverable is drafted. We’ll gather feedback from the Frenchies by AdaLink Club, an active community of over 100 members. Those who participate in providing feedback on at least one of the three feedback sessions will be eligible for voting rewards, ensuring their input directly influences the project's success.
Our project will have a significant and measurable impact on the broader Cardano community by providing a framework that enables well-structured and strategic marketing efforts.
To measure impact, we will use both qualitative and quantitative methods:
We will share the project outcomes through detailed reports, and open forums within the Cardano community. Additionally, the framework and guide will be available as an open-source document, enabling the community to build on and adapt them for future marketing initiatives.
