AdaLink partnered with Business Atelier to deliver tailored workshops, consultancy, and marketing support, enhancing the market readiness and growth of Cardano-based businesses and the ecosystem.

We will extend an open invitation to businesses within the Cardano ecosystem to submit applications and be considered for participation. Cardano businesses that successfully go through the process will attend the workshops alongside Frenchies Club members. Up to 10 participants who successfully complete the workshops will be eligible to receive one-on-one consultations and potentially win marketing kits.
We aim to empower early-stage and startup businesses within the Cardano ecosystem by equipping them with the tools and guidance they need to succeed in today’s competitive landscape. Through a partnership with Business Atelier, a leading business accelerator, we have developed a dynamic support system to ensure these businesses are market-ready.

1 - Workshops: We will offer a series of workshops that provide participants with hands-on, real-world knowledge of entrepreneurship. These workshops will cover areas such as finance, legal structuring, human resources, and marketing. Designed specifically for blockchain-based businesses, they will prepare participants for every stage of development and equip them with practical skills to face market challenges.
2 - Business Readiness Assessment & Mentorship: After completing the workshops, businesses will undergo an assessment to gauge their market readiness. A select group of standout participants will be paired with experienced mentors for one-on-one sessions, focusing on finance, business development, accounting, and marketing strategies. These mentorships will provide tailored guidance to address specific business challenges and accelerate their market entry or growth.

Milestone 1: Pre-Production
Milestone Outputs: Pre-Production Planning Report detailing the roadmap for the entire project.
Acceptance Criteria: A finalized document, reviewed and approved by the project team, outlining key details such as the timeline, project onboarding plan, workshop execution strategy, consultancy session methodology, and award distribution process.

Milestone 2: Project Onboarding & Introductory Workshop
Milestone Outputs: Completion of project onboarding for participating businesses and the successful execution of the introductory workshop.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Onboarding of a minimum of 10 businesses.
2. Conducting the Introductory Workshop covering predetermined key topics from the M1 pre-production report, with at least 5 participants attending the live streamed session.
Evidence of Milestone Completion:
1. A link to the Business Onboarding report, including a list of participants.

Milestone 3: Remaining Workshops, Diagnosis, 1-on-1 Consultancy Sessions & Award Distribution

Completion of 3 workshops, a Diagnosis Report identifying the market readiness of selected businesses, at least 3 one-on-one consultancy sessions, and the distribution of Marketing Toolkit Awards to a minimum of 3 selected businesses.

Project Lead and Community Manager: Gisela Rosa is the co-founder of Blockverse Media, Inc., known as Arcella on CT, Gisela is not only a professional musician with over 10 years of experience but also an educator who has collaborated with world-renowned and emerging artists. With her guidance, AdaLink it’s shaping to become a platform that truly comprehends and serves the needs of the Cardano community.
Business Development Workshop and Consultancy Providers: Business Atelier is a business consulting firm with a proven track record in accelerating growth for startups and established companies. Their expert team specializes in access to capital, accounting, human resources, and strategic development, with a 90% success rate in preparing businesses for market readiness and securing capital. Business Atelier takes a holistic approach, offering tailored mentorship, training, and strategic guidance to help businesses grow. Their methodology combines financial expertise with a human-centered design focus, ensuring that solutions are not only viable but aligned with the unique needs and goals of each business.
Marketing Specialist Consultant: Vivian is the Founder of Salitre Marketing Agency and a member of the AdaLink Team. Throughout her impressive career, Vivian has managed and executed strategic campaigns across various sectors. She has overseen strategic event planning for prestigious brands such as Johnnie Walker, Colgate, Ketel One, and Mountain Dew. Her expertise also extends to managing multiple accounts, including Papa John's, Liberty Puerto Rico, Suiza Dairy, Dietz & Watson, Be Ribe, and Invest Puerto Rico.
Art Director: Carlos Miranda is a VFX and Motion Graphics Artist with over a decade of experience in the industry. His creative expertise has contributed to promotional campaigns of major brands such as NBA, MLB, Honda, Miss Universe and many others.
As the talented designer behind Frenchies by AdaLink and our Art Director, Carlos brings a unique vision and artistic flair to our team and will supervise the brandbooks production.

This budget covers the oversight and coordination of the entire project, including managing the team, overseeing deadlines, ensuring deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between all service providers and participants.
2 - Project Onboarding & Diagnosis - 5,000 ADA/~$1,750
This allocation covers the costs related to onboarding Cardano businesses, setting up the processes, and diagnosing each business’s market readiness. This will include time spent analyzing their needs, offering feedback, and preparing them for the workshops and one-on-one consultancy sessions.
3 - Workshop Creation and Distribution - 22,000 ADA/~$7770
This covers the production and distribution of the 4 planned workshops. It includes workshop material development, inviting expert speakers, and managing the delivery to the businesses.
4 - Business Consultancy Sessions - 10,000 ADA/~$3,500
This covers the cost of personalized one-on-one consultancy sessions with selected businesses. The consultancy sessions will provide tailored support on business development, finance, and marketing, ensuring these businesses are ready to grow and scale. It includes payments for professional consultants involved in these sessions.
5 - Marketing Toolkits Awards - 40,000 ADA/~$14,000
This allocation is dedicated to providing the top-performing businesses with a comprehensive marketing toolkit that includes brandbooks, marketing plans, and other essential marketing resources like website design, PR campaigns, and paid advertising funds.
6 - Frenchies Club Community Voting Rewards - 3,000 ADA/~$1,000
This pool is set aside to reward Frenchies Club members who vote for the businesses that will receive the Marketing Toolkits Awards. By distributing rewards to voters, we promote transparency and decentralization in the selection process, encouraging community engagement and participation.
