[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

A strong community makes a project unstoppable and creates wellbeing for its members. But when it comes to community building, we're shooting in the dark with Web2-era analytics that optimize for hype over substance.

Our tool helps community builders build engaging, resilient, and sustainable digital communities by increasing their effectiveness in their two key tasks: managing people and managing information.

We enable precise member management thanks to social network analysis (quantitative analysis of relationships) and machine learning (qualitative analysis) to understand not only member activity but the role a member fulfills in the social network, including highlighting members at risk of disengagement and at risk of burnout.

We then leverage these analyses and data to provide a 'Hivemind bot' for members to navigate the knowledge graph of the community. Beyond simple queries, this bot uses a multi-agent LLM system to function as a "research assistant" that can breakdown complex tasks into subtasks and provide more advanced knowledge management. This in turn enables more effective contribution and faster onboarding.

Finally, we provide community leaders and managers with an actionable Community Health KPIs Dashboard, and tailored recommendations, so they can plan and assess progress.

Our work has already been funded by major Web3 players (Aragon, Aave, Celo, Near, Polygon), enabling us to complete the baseline research on how to assess community health and the development of a prototype to validate usability.

The current proposal aims to help us expand said prototype to:

- include more data sources (Discord completed and Twitter under development, aiming to include Telegram through this proposal and followed by on-chain data in a subsequent proposal),

• complete the build of the Hivemind bot
• research and develop a healthy rate of growth indicator (with community inflows and outflows and social network structural analysis).
• raise awareness of the solution across the Cardano community

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

Our tool will provide Cardano-based communities with insights and recommendations they need to become unstoppable. In doing so, we add another tool to the Web3-communities stack and crucially have a systemic impact across the ecosystem in enabling others.

We hope to reach 10 Cardano-based communities shortly after project completion and then scale to 100+

Additionally, we operate as a DAO, with Web3 values of decentralization and community empowerment at the heart. Funding this project helps us foster that agenda thanks to the quantification of metrics such as social decentralization.

Additionally, we have included a time-budget to plan and execute an awareness campaign across Cardano-based communities.

We're an experienced team of contributors (C-level experience and PhDs) in the relevant areas, having previously completed grants for various Web3 ecosystems (Near, Polygon, Celo, Aave, etc.)

We bring the same quality of execution and commitment to our mission to create healthier communities to this project and are excited to work with the Cardano community.

We aim to deliver a working MVP of our product to multiple Cardano-based communities, and achieve repeated usage and positive feedback.

The project serves a larger mission to empower humane collaboration by enabling community builders to create healthier, thriving web3 communities.

Milestone 1:

• creation of a telegram bot to gather data from telegram groups and populate a graph database
• data analysis scripts to calculate a range of community health indicators together with other data sources (see video: )
• output of metrics into a webapp dashboard for each community using the tool

Milestone 2:

• configure multi-agent LLM system to query multiple community-data sources effectively
• develop Discord bot interface to enable community members to query the community's collective knowledge

Milestone 3:

• develop additional indicator to expand our Community Health metrics section to account for healthy/unhealthy rates of growth

Milestone 4:

• engage with at least 20 Cardano-based communities and generate content to educate on the usage of community-analytics and the difference between relational metrics (community oriented) vs pure activity metrics (passive audience oriented)
• successfully have the tool implemented in at least 6 Cardano-based communities and deliver a Community Health report to them via the live dashboard

The project's budget has been weighted at an equivalent of $ 0.8 USD per ADA, significantly above the current market rate of $0.27

Additionally, the project builds upon previous R&D and non-remunerated labour invested by the contributors, adding over $300k of value to the project delivered to the Cardano community.
