The mainstream media provide content and report on bad news in crypto ecosystems. How do we tell our story, track progress, and present the amazing real-world impact made in the Cardano ecosystem.
This is the total amount allocated to Establish Coin Media.
Establish Coin Media and build a strong audience base in the growing Cardano Community in Ghana whilst tracking impact, and focusing on educative content for Cardano Ecosystem growth.
No dependencies
The Coin Media would have a dedicate Channel on YouTube and community would be allowed to make content input through research and surveys.
The project aligns with 4 SDG goals.
The project proposal, with an emphasis on the positive real-world effect created in the Cardano ecosystem, promotes education, economic growth, innovation, inclusion, and collaboration.
The solution in Summary: Establish Coin Media that would host weekly crypto ecosystem impact in the real-world and build a strong student audience base whilst developing preparedness among the younger generation for interest in blockchain, web 3, and the digital future. Also, there is a fast growing Cardano Community in Ghana undertaking series education events and outreach. All these amazing work do not get featured on mainstream media. Therefore, Coin Media would dedicate to showing, developing content around Cardano ecosystem and driving conversation that would interest young generation for the growth of Cardano ecosystem. Our interview session would extend beyond Ghana and engage other individual doing amazing work for Cardano globally.
Detailed Plan
The proposal seeks to establish Coin Media to project impacts made in the crypto ecosystem and real-world impact delivered by members in project catalysts that provide evidence-based solutions to real-world problems.

This would help project the great works being advanced using blockchain to solve real-world problems that mainstream media would not report on.
The project would be based on YouTube and build a strong student audience. The vision is to have Coin Media as the number channel that advance, project, and presents blockchain-based initiative that are solving problems in the real world.
African media provide little to no content on blockchain-based content however, are quick to report on price volatility with an apocalyptic bias for the crypto world. This project in effect would present and digest the ecosystem and others as well as individuals who are leveraging Cardano to provide solutions to pertinent problems in Africa.
Strategy
The goal is to build a students-based (young generation) audience who would be educated and understand the revolutionary impact created by blockchain technology and the opportunities presented by the Cardano ecosystem. This would help build preparedness among the younger generation and create interest in the digital future using evidence-based projects that are delivering value in the real world.
Marketing Plan
The project plan to make videos to inform and it is important to tailor our activities to suit the needs of our audience. Our marketing strategy is detailed below:
Sustainability
With a strong audience base and unique content, creating media that is focused on the digital and trustless future. This project has self-sustaining components that can generate revenue through advertisements, programs, and media initiatives on the YouTube channel. Our tools can extend to cover blockchain-based events and build partnerships as well.

This proposal addresses that challenge by engaging students and young generation to create the needed interest for blockchain technology among the younger generation. Coin Media would be a go-to media with programs that are focused on blockchain, present real-world impact, and develop preparedness among African youths for a digital future.
Scout Talent: This platform would provide an avenue for students to develop experience in media work, develop analytical and research writing skills, and develop readiness for the digital future.
Employment: The proposal has the potential to provide employment for students and contribute to reducing the graduate unemployment rate.
Onboard: The project would present and project the real-world impact created by individuals in the catalyst that would directly impact the audience with the evidence-based value being delivered in the Cardano ecosystem. This would also increase students and young generation interest and participation in Cardano Project Catalyst.

A number of important metrics may be used to measure the success and assess feasibility of the Coin Media initiative. First, the project's audience reach and engagement may be used to gauge its success. Metrics like website traffic, social media followers, content views, likes, shares, and comments may be monitored to provide insight into how the student audience base is expanding and becoming more engaged. A successful extension of the project's reach and a high degree of engagement with the target audience are indicated by rising numbers in these areas.
Secondly, the educational impact of Coin Media may be used to measure achievement. It's critical to evaluate the amount of knowledge and comprehension among students who have interacted with Coin Media on the blockchain, web 3, and the Cardano ecosystem. To measure their learning outcomes, questionnaires, tests, or other forms of feedback may be used. An improvement in pupils' knowledge and comprehension is a sign of a positive educational influence.
Finally, the contribution that Coin Media's efforts have made to the Cardano ecosystem in the actual world may be used to gauge success. It is feasible to link, at least in part, the awareness raised by Coin Media to the development of the Cardano ecosystem by keeping track of evidence of rising adoption, investment, collaborations, or initiatives inside the ecosystem. A project's success will be determined by its capacity to support the healthy growth of the Cardano ecosystem.
In conclusion, the Coin Media project's audience reach and engagement, educational influence on students, and practical effects within the Cardano ecosystem all contribute to its success. The project may evaluate its performance, development, and contribution to the blockchain and cryptocurrency community by keeping an eye on these metrics.
The following KPIs would be used to track the success
§ Number of Videos
§ Number of Students Reach
§ Number of Views
§ Number of Students Onboarding Catalyst
