We want to help more quality projects be built and contribute value to the web3 ecosystem by working together, as a community.
This is the total amount allocated to Speezard: Web3 project incubator, Co-created with 1200 builders from the ecosystem, helping impactful projects grow..
We're already working on this, but with your community and support, we could enable more people to dedicate themselves full-time to the incubator, as well as expand beyond Latin America.
No dependencies
It's open source because all the information and workshops are open to the public.
Speezard: Web3 project incubator
We are a community of web3 entrepreneurs called Resiliente, who together co-create SPEEZARD, a web3 project incubator. The process lasts for 12 weeks and happens entirely on Discord, remotely, which allows us to take on projects from all over Latin America. The incubation is open to the entire community (workshops, pitch days, jury feedback, everything is attended by over 1200 builders participating in the Discord). Mentors and jurors are industry-invited experts, and when a project starts in Speezard, it comes with what we call a "minimum viable community" - 1200 builders ready to test your product, provide feedback, and help from their individual experiences. To reward those builders who contribute the most, we created a token called RESI, which gains value with money entering the community (through hackathon contracts, sponsors, and exits from convertible notes signed by projects when we secure funding from the investors we introduce them to). We could merge our communities (Cardano and Speezard) to incubate projects building on its blockchain. Landing: [https://www.speezard.io](https://www.speezard.io)
We will improve the quality of projects built on the blockchain, and your community can also join as builders in our incubator. They can benefit from everything learned by co-creating and earning RESI tokens for the value they contribute as builders.
And they will be able to give workshops on Cardano so that more people can learn about its benefits.
Our incubator already has success stories, and so far, everything has been done without funding. The goal of this new cohort is to secure sponsors or grants to be able to reward the effort and hours put in by the community members.
