Since the inception of the Cardano blockchain, the community has grown exponentially. There is no Twitter poll that the Cardano will lose on Twitter, yet there are many misunderstandings and FUDs (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubts) about said blockchain. This creates a need for high-quality marketing and educational materials for both onboarding new members and current ones informed about the Cardano blockchain. Thus this proposal is created, it aims to fund the development and maintenance of comprehensive educational materials and graphics and video editing support tailored specifically for the Cardano community.

While resources and support exist, there is a lack of comprehensive and professional content catering to community needs. Many resources may be outdated or incomplete, making it hard for new users to navigate and understand Cardano

This plan aims to fill that gap by providing tailored materials and digital support created by experts to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visual appeal. Our collaborative approach will identify essential topics and community interests to develop relevant and useful content.

I have acquired skills and experience in these areas, allowing me to create comprehensive and engaging materials for the Cardano community.

There are several roles in the project which are as follows:

1. Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing the project timeline, budget, and resources. This individual should have experience in managing projects, especially in the blockchain industry. This role will be managed by the lead proposer.
2. Content Creator/Graphic Designer/Video Editor, these roles are self-explanatory as the job is creating content for the Cardano community through the initial thinking stage to the later executions through simple graphics and videos. As the lead proposer is well-experienced in creative content for the Cardano community, thus he shall be taking these roles. At the same time, we plan to hire several freelancers to help out throughout the process to ensure work is distributed evenly and the lead propers will not encounter any burnout.
3. Community Manager, this role's job will be managing the online platform(s) and engaging with the Cardano community. Said individual should process experiences in community management, social media, and customer support. As of now, the lead proposer will take a small portion of this role while actively recruiting an individual from the Cardano community to take up the said role.
4. Blockchain Expert, this individual's job is to provide subject matter expertise in the Cardano blockchain technology, use cases, and best practices. This person should ideally have deep knowledge and experience in the Cardano field. This role will be filled through the funding of said proposal.

Overall, the team would consist of a mix of technical and creative skills, in addition to, experiences in the blockchains and education.

It is crucial to note that initially, I will handle content creation, graphic design, and video editing, leveraging my experience as an educator and established Cardano community member (WaWa). We plan to recruit a dedicated Community Manager within the first three months and a Blockchain Expert within six months to ensure long-term sustainability and expertise.

Next, the graphics budget of $10,000, will be utilized to cover all the costs of creating custom graphics which will then improve the production and engagement of all the content. Then the $10,000 for the video editing, will be utilized to cover the cost expense of constructing proficient video editing that will support promotional and educational videos. Then, the online platform budget of $6,000 will cover the cost of creating an online platform, namely Twitter to host and distribute resources to the community. Finally, $10,000 will be utilized to hire staff to aid the process of creating content and managing the online platform. 

As mentioned earlier in the proposal the team plans to take a collaborative approach in creating all the content for the Cardano community. There will be a strong emphasis on said collaborative approach thus, the team will work very closely with the community to pinpoint the right topics and areas of interest which the Cardano community is interested and curious about. All of this content would be distributed through various means such as; graphics, videos, and written context. These contents will be initially distributed through Twitter, but other platforms might be used in the future if there is a demand, such as; Discord and forums. 

The team will regularly track and evaluate the progress of the project against the KPI metrics to ensure the timely completion of each phase and engagement with the marketing resources.
