To properly assess the risks, it is important to understand that this project is primarily composed of three key components:

1. Research and compilation of the most significant milestones in the history of the Cardano ecosystem and documenting them.
2. Designing and publishing infographics based on the generated milestone repositor
3. Promoting and disseminating the Infographics
4. Through digital platforms (digital infographics, live streams, etc.)
5. At multiple global events of the Cardano Summit 2024

Successful execution of 3.b point may face certain challenges.

Firstly, our dependence on the Cardano Summit 2024 events taking place as scheduled in November 2024 introduces a potential risk. Although this risk is deemed highly improbable due to the extensive planning involved and the worldwide scale of the event.

Secondly, our ability to achieve successful partnerships with the hosts of the Cardano Summit 2024 events is pivotal for the effective promotion and distribution of the Cardano Timeline posters to the attendees. While we have already established contact with several hosts who have shown strong interest and willingness to collaborate, there remains a slight inherent risk. To mitigate this risk, we plan to forge partnerships with more hosts than necessary, ensuring a contingency plan in case of unforeseen host cancellations.

By leveraging the credibility and expertise of the hosts, who are often prominent members of the community, previous event organizers, Cardano ambassadors, and experienced Stake Pool Operators (SPOs), we can establish a solid foundation for the successful implementation of the project.

While there are inherent risks in the execution of this project, we have taken proactive steps to mitigate them through establishing partnerships, and leveraging the credibility of the hosts involved.

As Cardano has been in operation for over 5 years and has experienced significant growth, it becomes increasingly difficult for individuals to grasp the entirety of its history and the key milestones that have shaped its development. The blockchain ecosystem is vast and constantly evolving, with new advancements, updates, and achievements being made regularly.

 

Without a consolidated and easily accessible resource, it can be challenging for individuals to gain a holistic and comprehensive understanding of Cardano's journey. They may struggle to keep up with the numerous events, technological breakthroughs, partnerships, and community initiatives that have occurred over the years.

 

Milestones Repository

We are committed to developing a comprehensive Milestones Repository that will serve as a valuable resource for documenting the historical development of our vast ecosystem. Through meticulous research and curation, we will compile the most significant milestones in Cardano's journey.

Infographics

We will create Cardano Timeline Infographics, showcasing key events and milestones.

Cardano Timeline 2024

Our infographics will include the Cardano Timeline 2024, highlighting the major achievements and advancements in Cardano's history up until August 2024.

Research Timeline 2024

And the Research Timeline 2024, focusing on the academic papers and specifications that have contributed to Cardano's blockchain development.

Global Presence at the Cardano Summit 2024

To ensure widespread visibility and engagement, we will employ a multi-channel approach.

Digital media platforms: will play a crucial role in disseminating the infographics to a global audience.

In-person promotion: our commitment to personal connections and meaningful interactions drives us to place special emphasis on in-person promotion. At Cardano Summit 2024 events taking place in various cities around the world, we will showcase our infographics, engage with attendees, and foster a deeper understanding of Cardano's evolution.

 

To achieve this, we are reaching out to the various organizers of the Cardano Summit 2024 located around the world to establish partnerships. Our idea is to provide them with the necessary resources, knowledge, and specifications to print high-quality infographics. They would handle the logistics of local printing and distribution of the posters to the attendees of their respective events, which will take place in November. This approach helps reduce costs and ensures that the posters reach the attendees efficiently.

 

We are already in contact with some hosts from different countries, and all of them have shown great interest in the proposal. Firstly, they believe that the infographics will bring significant value to the attendees by promoting discussion and engagement. Secondly, it is known that there has been a reduction in the budget for this year's Cardano Summits (one third compared to last year), so they appreciate the opportunity to have souvenirs funded for their attendees.

3. Becoming the go-to platform for individuals seeking to delve into Cardano's rich history. We will measure it based on the number of visits to the website.
4. Providing a reliable source of reference for other educational initiatives.
5. Promoting awareness on a broad scale by strategically maximizing digital dissemination and physical presence at various global events. We will measure it based on the number of views and shares (digital content), as well as the number of attendees impacted at in-person events (physical content).
