Continue what I have been doing since 2021 -

for the funded 3 months :

• 2 weekly videos on the Cardano ecosystem, including project updates, tutorials, and community news. The videos are done in a non-biased, non-shilling way.
• Continue managing the Chinese-speaking Telegram community, where members ask questions and discuss the Cardano ecosystem.

My channel is the biggest Cardano Chinese channel and I manage the biggest Chinese telegram group (1.3k members) so this solution has been effective.

Cardano's mass adoption requires international communities and the Chinese-speaking community is one of them.

• research and reading: understand what's happening in the Cardano ecosystem
• translation and interpretation: digest the English content and translate it in a way that's easy to understand and relatable to the Chinese-speaking community
• video scripting: structure and script the videos to make them 8-12min in length, optimal length balancing viewer attention and video depth
• shooting video: make the actual videos
• editing: cut out unnecessary parts, add timestamps, video description, cover photo
• publishing: post videos on Youtube
• community engagement: answer questions on Telegram when community members have questions about the Cardano ecosystem
