In general, when it comes to technology, educational content is typically aimed at a younger audience. While this is beneficial for shaping the new generations of Cardano users, it often excludes older adults who may struggle to grasp explanations from younger, faster-paced individuals. Therefore, all proposed educational material takes into account the limitations of adults, the time they require for learning, and the reassurances they need.

I believe that empowering older adults with blockchain technology knowledge, particularly Cardano, will not only enable them to make informed decisions and actively participate in the digital economy, fostering their empowerment and autonomy in an increasingly technological world, but also offer us new ideas, proposals, approaches, and different perspectives based on their experiences.

After studying the social media platforms frequented by this audience, I concluded that Facebook and YouTube are primary, but generating written material is also necessary as this audience finds interest in written content. This sets us apart from other Spanish content proposals whose audience uses other social media platforms (such as TikTok and Instagram).

Through content on Facebook, YouTube, and written material, the adult audience will gain the basic knowledge needed to delve into the blockchain sector in general and Cardano in particular.

The main topics of focus will include:

• Introduction to Cardano.
• Wallets and security.
• Staking.

Facebook posts: The goal is to make a weekly post including video and text content, totaling 24 posts throughout the proposal period. The number of users joining the page and interaction with them will be good metrics to determine the immediate success of the proposal, although the material will continue to be available for future users.

YouTube videos: The aim is to publish a video every 15 days, totaling 12 videos by the end of the proposal.

The success of the proposed project will bring immeasurable value to the Cardano Community. It's unlikely to find within the Cardano ecosystem (perhaps not even in other ecosystems) an educational proposal targeting adults over 40. This way, we'll encourage new individuals to join the community, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives based on their own experiences.

Video views will provide statistical information about the project. Additionally, wallet creation will be encouraged through giveaways and the distribution of complimentary tokens, allowing users to learn to delegate to a stake pool, conduct transfers, and exchanges on a DEX to put the developed basic concepts into practice.

We'll also inform about events, spaces, and proposals presented by the Latam Community, fostering active participation from those interested.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

For several years, I've been collaborating with Cardano and have been actively involved in other blockchains. I currently manage the ADA Handle account in Spanish, perhaps one of our ecosystem's most important projects, and I'm the creator of Carnada, the first digital magazine in Spanish about Cardano. Additionally, I've contributed to various projects and written several articles for CardanoSpot.

I believe my methodical, meticulous, and responsible work is suitable for carrying out the project I'm proposing. Especially considering that I was once the adult who had to learn and understand what this blockchain field was all about. Therefore, with some years of teaching experience, I consider myself the right person to lead this project. I'll prioritize quality content with simple explanations for an audience that sometimes lacks all the tools and basic knowledge that teenagers and young adults have today.

Introduction of the Official YouTube Channel and Facebook page where educational content will be uploaded. Purchase of necessary equipment to start creating content. Design and publication of the schedule of topics to be developed during the six-month duration of the proposal.

I believe the project cost is proportional to the benefit for the Cardano community and the team's needs for its execution.

We, the proponents, are from Argentina, a country with very high costs in dollars (technological tools often cost three times as much as in countries like the United States). The average salary in the country is around $230, which is insignificant considering the local currency's inflation rate exceeding 250% annually.

Considering that two people will work for 6 months, according to the proposed budget, each team member would receive approximately $435 per month. This value is justified by the tasks required to plan and execute the proposed activities.

Furthermore, the tools that could be acquired if the proposal is funded by Cardano will be useful for carrying out other proposals related to content creation in Spanish. I hope you can support the proposal and assist us with your vote so we can move it forward.
