The world of sports is by far the biggest social connector in the planet, no other industry holds a user base covering over 85% of our earth. Unfortunately, the revenues and access to information both to clubs, fans and federations is not distributed accordingly. Moreover, clubs, specially smaller - neighborhood, second or third tier divisions, or lesser know sports don't have any knowledge of their fans, and cannot afford the digital channels needed to contact them. Specifically local clubs have lost their power to reach out to society to help use sport as a lubricant to take our kids off the streets and into a better future.
Arena holds a unique, never before seen solution, providing "a one for all ecosystem " in which all clubs and users can interact, as well as brands can reach their audience without loosing 50/70 percent of their investment along the way, the same way clubs can gain benefits from those sponsors and advertisements which they currently don't.
The project will engage anyone and everyone within the world of sports.
The impact is without limit. Moreover, while we are proposing that 30% of the stock -not revenue- to be in the hands of NGA, benefitting the common good as a main concept.

Cardano will be the blockchain behind the biggest sport network ever created while using the scalability tools that it posseses.
Impact will be measured with direct user registration and daily use, as well as revenue per user, and revenue towards the NGOs
All information, being partially owned by NGOs will be in the main website for everyone to see, as if it was a listed company.
Backend as well as sports data integration with itself is already done, we started this project back in 2019, where web3 wasn't even in existence. Moreover, COVID impacted the development and we had to stop. Web3 tools can facilitate the complications earlier technologies had to release the product in the way we intended.
I've personally invested all into this project, from money to time, blood and tears, and believe this might be the right moment to have this fully operational.
Funds will be managed by a management team, as well as our developement partners. I have personally been Regional Head of Perform Stats in Latam as well as have held senior positions in Kucoin and Bitget.
Milestone 1:
Full evaluation of existing Azure backend. It was built thinking of a self expandable solution capable of adapting itself to an infinite numbers of simultaneos users. This was done under Microsoft for Startup Award as well as GSIC.
Full evaluation of current Sports data capture, and analysis, this was originally done under SportsRadar Accelerator program.
Milestone 2:
Convert existing designs in at least 3 mayor sports into web3 operational application.
Finalize the news scraper, and set up ad servers.
Milestone 3:
Renew existing agreements with football, basketball and tennis clubs and federations, to be able to launch in a piramid scheme, benfiting all at once.
Renew regional partnerships with main media partners in each region according to language and volume.
Adapt AR module for 2nd stage.
Launch and test app with general audience, starting with 2 or 3 countries, mainly with tennis and football, can also be done with a major tournament within the specific timeframe.
