1- REASON FOR SUBMITING THE PROPOSAL

While building the blockchain community in Vietnam for 3 years, we realized that there are many misunderstandings in the community about the Cardano blockchain. Some media provide incorrect information, based entirely on feelings while not being able to provide evidence to prove it.

For example, they call Cardano a deadchain, very difficult to build dapps on the Cardano, has no technological development, depends too much on Charles Hoskinson... The problem is that very few media channels in Vietnam speak out strongly to refute these false claims. This reduces the number of investors and developers coming to the Cardano ecosystem. 

We will open a community survey topic of 54,000 investors and developers, then synthesize the 24 most common misunderstandings of the Vietnamese community with the Cardano ecosystem.

5PC will deploy content including 24 topics about those misunderstandings with specific and strong evidence. Aimed at the majority of young investors in Vietnam who have misunderstandings about Cardano. The series of 24 topics will help attract more developers and investors to the ecosystem.

• This proposal will help the blockchain and crypto community in Vietnam gain a clearer understanding of the technology, vision, and potential of Cardano, contribute to enhancing the Vietnamese community’s understanding of third-generation blockchain, with Cardano as a prime representative.
• The videos will be meticulously crafted with high-quality visuals and simple, easy-to-understand content, ensuring viewers can easily grasp the information. The topics will be discussed and contributed to by community members, thereby spreading blockchain knowledge to more people. From there, they will realize the benefits that blockchain in general, and Cardano in particular, can bring, including why blockchain exists and thrives, and what defines a truly good blockchain capable of driving significant change for humanity.

For the ecosystem: The series will help attract more users, investors and developers from Vietnam to invest, contribute, and build products on the Cardano platform. It aims to establish a strong connection between a solid blockchain project like Cardano and long-term visionary investors, as well as skilled developers.

The impact of the proposal will be measured through the viewership of the videos.

• The series of 24 topics is expected to reach a total of 960,000 views across all platforms, with each video averaging 40,000 views.
• The series is expected to attract 960 comments in total across all platforms, averaging 40 comments per video.
• The series is projected to achieve a minimum of 72,000 likes across all platforms, averaging 3000 likes per video.

With the success of the completed proposal in Fund 11, 5PC is extremely confident in the interaction from the Vietnamese community. Our team has doubled the goal for video likes, aiming for an average of 3000 likes per video, up from 1500 likes per video in Fund 11.

• The content leader will gather and synthesize information and knowledge relevant to the topic. Then, collaborate with the scriptwriting leader to develop and finalize a detailed script. All of this will be completed within 3 days.

Step 2: Video Shooting

• Time: Day T-2
• Once the detailed script is ready, the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) will shoot the video in a studio within one day. The video should ensure high quality and bring positive energy to engage viewers.

Step 3: Video Editing

• Time: Day T-1
• After shooting the video in the studio, the editor will need one day to process and complete the final video.

Step 4: Video Upload and Sharing on Other Social Media Platforms

• Time: Day T
• The video will be uploaded to the TikTok channel and shared on other social media platforms.

Step 5: Addressing Community Questions

• Time: Day T+
• 5PC will continuously monitor and respond to questions and inquiries from the community. The purpose is to help the community gain a better understanding and contribute to the development of the Cardano ecosystem together.

• Communicate all the above videos to the 2 community Telegram channels: 5PC Community and 5PC Cardano Vietnam, totaling 12 Telegram posts.

2- Acceptance Criteria:

• Total views of 6 topics on all platforms will achieve a minimum of 100,000 views.
• Total comments of 6 topics on all platforms will achieve a minimum of 90 comments.
• Total likes of 6 topics on all platforms will achieve a minimum of 9,000 likes.

3- Budget: The proposed cost for the first milestone, which requires completing the first 6 topics, is 1924 x 6 = 11,544 ADA (25% total budget)

THE SECOND MILESTONE is set for after the first 4 month of initiating the project, anticipated to be in Mar and Apr 2024.

1- Milestone outputs:

3. Video Shooting: 1 individuals x 24 topics x 4 hours/topic x 15 ADA / hour = 1440 ADA

5. Project Management and Reporting back to the community: 200 ADA /topic x 24 topics= 4800 ADA

With the knowledge provided by this series, the Cardano Vietnam community will gain new members contributing to the ecosystem, attract new investors, and encourage developers to choose Cardano for their projects. These are long-term values with high scalability.

1- Optimized Costs:  

The proposed budget has been optimized for each role. As this is a creative project requiring higher video quality than standard marketing campaigns, the individuals involved must be carefully selected based on specific criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective roles.
• Knowledge of the blockchain field and the Cardano ecosystem.
• Labor costs ranging from $6 to $8 per hour are reasonable, matching the creative labor market in Vietnam.

The use of a professional studio and specialized filming equipment is essential to produce high-quality content that attracts viewers. All these costs have been optimized to reasonable levels suitable for the Vietnamese market.

2- Salary Benchmarking: 

We have benchmarked salaries for experienced content creators in Vietnam. Earnings range from 20 to 25 million VND, approximately $1,250 for 160 working hours, equating to around $7.8 per hour, which serves as the basis for the figures we provided.
