5PC is one of the leading blockchain and crypto knowledge media channels in Vietnam. We have noticed that the proportion of new investors and developers interested in Cardano remains very low. The reasons include:

• Few media channels truly understand Cardano’s potential and long-term vision, and fail to recognize how Cardano differs from other mainstream blockchains. Additionally, Cardano is based on peer-reviewed academic research, making it challenging for the masses to quickly grasp.
• Audiences consume content from various platforms: younger people prefer TikTok and Reels, while adults are more accustomed to YouTube.
• THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON: The way Cardano-related content is presented in Vietnam is not visually appealing or engaging enough.

On the other hand:

• Rapid Technological Upgrades on Cardano: Cardano's technological advancements are progressing swiftly and powerfully, from foundational upgrades (Ouroboros Leios, Ouroboros Peras) to scaling methods (Mithril, Hydra), on-chain governance improvements (Plutus V3, SanchoNet, GovTool), and technologies enhancing interoperability (Partnerchain Framework, Midnight). Newcomers often lack the time and English proficiency to keep up with and fully understand these upgrades, missing out on Cardano's vision and potential.

Project Catalyst Experience

We successfully completed the "Why Cardano?" series with 8 TikTok videos through a funded proposal in Fund 11, attracting massive attention. The results achieved 322,000 organic views, exceeding the target by 15%. Many viewers expressed their desire for 5PC to continue the series. Additionally, 5PC is currently implementing another funded proposal in Fund 12.

5PC has participated in the last 3 Funds and secured funding for at least 1 proposal in the last 2 Funds. We are extremely confident in our ability to deliver the project with the highest quality and accountability in budget management.

Investors and developers in Vietnam have shown a genuine interest in Cardano's technological advancements when presented in a simple, easy-to-understand manner with clear visual illustrations. Therefore, 5PC is participating in this Fund 13 proposal with the aim of launching phase 2, along with an expanded audience reach through multi-channel media, including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Telegram.

5PC has already produced over 1,000 YouTube videos in 3 years, attracting over 1,000,000 views in the last 90 days, and 5PC’s media channels currently is the largest blockchain information and knowledge channel in Vietnam.

To achieve these numbers, 5PC has crafted visually appealing content with a professional presentation, designed specifically to resonate with the Vietnamese community. We believe we can leverage this strength to effectively communicate and promote Cardano to the Vietnamese audience.

Our team produced the first 4 videos about Cardano, and the community's response has been very positive. The first video kicks off the series with the theme "Great Opportunities with the Blockchain Wave" while the second video promotes Catalyst Fund 10.

• The Content Leader collaborates with the Scriptwriting Leader to develop and refine the detailed scripts for the YouTube and TikTok videos based on the website article. This will be completed in 2 days.

Step 3: Video Shooting

• Time: Day T-2  
• Once the detailed scripts are ready, 2 KOLs will shoot the videos (YouTube + TikTok) in the studio within 1 day. The videos must ensure high quality and deliver a positive energy to attract viewers.

Step 4: Video Editing

• Time: Day T-1  
• After the raw videos from the studio are ready, 2 video editors will need 1 day to process and finalize the final videos.

Step 5: Upload and Share on Social Media Platforms

  The proposed budget has been optimized for each role. As this is a creative project requiring higher video quality than standard marketing campaigns, the individuals involved must be carefully selected based on specific criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in their respective roles.
• Knowledge of the blockchain field and the Cardano ecosystem.
• Labor costs ranging from $6 to $8 per hour are reasonable, matching the creative labor market in Vietnam.

The use of a professional studio and specialized filming equipment is essential to produce high-quality content that attracts viewers. All these costs have been optimized to reasonable levels suitable for the Vietnamese market.
