The goal of the solution we propose is: Continue to develop the Cardano news Youtube channel as a TV channel that brings current news and to convey the latest, most accurate and attractive information, making it easier for users to access the Cardano ecosystem, contributing to the development of the Vietnamese Cardano community.
Based on the results achieved by the project [CaFi] Cardano news - Vietnamese version (implemented in the 12 Catalyst fund and expected to be completed on October 30, 2024): we once again affirm that the information needs for the Vietnamese Cardano community are very necessary. The project provides short news videos, condensing key information, the Newsletter provides users to quickly receive all the original information content of Cardano. The channel [CaFi] Cardano news - Vietnamese version - YouTube will exploit the power of multimedia communication, creating novelty, rich in current events and attracting the attention of viewers, short news and going straight to the main content to save time, and easy to accept for those who do not know Cardano.
Methodology: We continue to improve the process and quality of the videos, which will be produced in a journalistic style, highlighting facts, data and analysis, and highlighting the strengths of Cardano, providing a good experience and the benefits of participating in the Cardano ecosystem. The videos will be short, concise, easy to understand and user-friendly. The videos will be posted regularly, in sync with Cardano's official channels.
Benefits for Cardano: The expansion of the Vietnamese Cardano community, the Cardano newsletter Youtube channel will help the Vietnamese community have a reliable, updated and useful source of information about Cardano. The Cardano newsletter Youtube channel attracts new people and contributes to raising awareness, interest and participation of the Vietnamese community in the Cardano ecosystem. The Vietnamese Cardano community is growing and expanding on a larger scale, however, with diverse daily news, users' access to information is not yet selective. It is necessary to develop more reputable and updated information communication channels about Cardano to support the community in learning and acquiring knowledge. Newcomers who do not know about Cardano need to have appropriate information to grasp information about Cardano. Although there have been many proposals from the Vietnamese community to localize these documents, they are only in simple translation form, not really attractive and clearly explained for beginners. Therefore, technical information and news about the Cardano ecosystem need to be presented in a more understandable way.
For the current needs of the Vietnamese Cardano community, [CaFi] Cardano news - Vietnamese version - YouTube has partially solved the needs of Cardano users. In order to further develop the Cardano ecosystem, we will continue to develop and create journalistic-style videos, highlighting events, data and analysis related to Cardano. The videos will be read in Vietnamese. The videos will be about 3 minutes long with illustrative images that convey the content. The videos will be posted regularly, synchronized with Cardano's official information channels. The videos will be summarized from the following information sources: Charles Horskinson's youtube channel, Cardano Foundation, Input Output, https://cexplorer.io/, https://cardanofoundation.org/en/; https://cardanospot.io/.
With the next phase of the project, we want to introduce Cardano to more people, so that they can join a creative, diverse and collaborative community. To do this, we will share short and engaging videos on popular social media platforms such as: Facebook, Telegram etc. These videos will help you better understand Cardano, its outstanding features, ongoing projects and cooperation opportunities with new players.
The impact of the Cardano news Youtube channel [CaFi] will help the Vietnamese community have a reliable, updated and useful source of information about Cardano. The Cardano news Youtube channel [CaFi] will help raise awareness, interest and participation of the Vietnamese community in the Cardano ecosystem. This is a space for exchange, sharing and mutual support among community members. We will measure the impact of the Cardano news Youtube channel by tracking metrics such as views and subscriptions. We will share the output and opportunities from our project by posting statistical reports on the Cardano news Youtube channel, on the official Cardano information channels, on forums and social networks related to Cardano. We will also send statistical reports to the project's sponsors and partners.

2. Community Building: We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create a supportive, respectful and positive environment within the Vietnamese community.
3. Review and management process: We have experience in building project management processes, as evidenced by our proposals being funded in Catalyst Fund 7; Catalyst Fund 10 and Catalyst Fund 12. We will continue to apply strict content review and management processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information shared on videos for Vietnamese people. All content will be thoroughly reviewed before being approved and published as video content. With the following steps:
Step 1: Select and review information for translation, including IOG documentary videos, Cardano news and updates videos, and Charles Hoskinson videos. Translate the content into Vietnamese. Review the translated content.
Step 2: Edit information and create content based on the original, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and ease of understanding in Vietnamese.
Step 3: Create videos, dub videos.
Step 4: The completed video will be reviewed for content, ensuring compliance with the committed requirements.
Step 5: Upload videos on Youtube, share with the Cardano community on social networking platforms.
We are committed to strictly following the above process to ensure the best content is delivered to viewers. The funds will be used entirely to pay for the work of the members, details are provided in the detailed budget analysis table. For the above reasons, completing this project is completely within our capacity.

Milestone 1: From 01/01/2025 to 28/02/2025
Output: Select news and publish 18 videos on Youtube channel on Mondays and Fridays of the week.

- 18 Videos in the form of news are moderated and published on YouTube
- Each published video achieves over 300 views after 10 days of posting the video.
To verify the completion of the milestone: Based on the summary table of completed videos and the project milestone completion report, links to the videos are provided.

Milestone 2: From 01/03/2025 to 30/04/2025
Output: Select news and publish 17 videos posted on Youtube channel on Mondays and Fridays of the week.

- Each published video achieves over 300 views after 10 days of posting the video.

Milestone 3 (Final): From 01/05/2025 to 31/06/2025
Output: Select news and publish 19 videos posted on Youtube channel on Mondays and Fridays of the week.

- Each published video achieves over 300 views after 10 days of posting the video.
To verify milestone completion: Based on the summary table of completed videos and the project milestone completion report, links to the videos are provided.
Total estimated cost: 14190 ADA
Project Summary: We Achieved Output Results include 54 videos with diverse, engaging, and accurate content about Cardano. The video content is posted on the Youtube channel and is strictly censored, meeting the requirements: Concise, easy-to-understand, complete content, appropriate illustrations, engaging, and appealing to viewers. The video is made public to the Cardano community on Youtube, bringing value to developers and attracting new users.
Results can be achieved according to the important milestones as committed above, we expect to have over 16,000 views of the posted videos by the end of the project, the Youtube channel will achieve an increase of 50 new subscribers. We will measure this result on the Youtube channel with specific figures. To monitor the progress of implementation, we make regular reports. For the final milestone our Youtube channel metrics will be compiled into reports and published with a project finalization video.

We have the DREP profile of the [CaFi] team featured on Govtool and here are the members responsible for implementing the project:
- Nguyen Minh Duc - Competency: Bachelor of Accounting, IT, Graphic Design, has video creation skills. Participated in research on Blockchain cardano since 2018. Project role: Content management, video design, overall responsibility for the project, Project progress reporting.
- Trieu Thi Hong Minh: Journalist, blog developer, content editor and Youtube channel manager.
- Do Viet Cuong - Capacity: Master - High school teacher. Researching Blockchain since 2017. Have CBCA certificate (Certificate ID: 6491554124aef68319023c7e). Community development, Cardano Vietnam community management. Content creator and video producer. Manage and implement funded projects in fund 10.

To produce and post a video on Youtube, we have specific costs, here are the rewards for the work members do:
- Cost of work selecting original content and translating into Vietnamese: Time to do 2 hours/video content: 2 hours X 80 ADA = 160 ADA
- Reward for Content Editor based on translation: Time to do 1 hour/video content: 1 hour X 90 ADA = 90 ADA
- Reward for consultant and content reviewer: 20 ADA/video content
- Cost of audio voiceover publishing service from text: 1080 ADA/ entire project
- Reward for image selection and video production: 3 minutes of video X 130 ADA = 390 ADA
- Reward for content administrator and video Public: 30 ADA/ Video
Total project budget: 38340 ADA, Budget for each milestone:
1. Milestone 1: From 11/1/2024 to 12/31/2024, we will complete 18 Videos, with over 54 minutes of news videos. The total cost for Milestone 1 is: 12420 ADA
2. Milestone 2: From 01/01/2024 to 2/28/2025, we will complete 17 Videos, with over 51 minutes of news videos. The total cost for Milestone 2 is: 11730 (ADA)
3. Milestone 3: From 03/01/2025 to 4/30/2025, we will complete 19 Videos, with over 57 minutes of news videos. The total cost for Milestone 3 is: 14190 (ADA)

The above costs are based on the income level of specific jobs such as: Salary for translators, Costs for video construction and creation. In addition, some costs related to management work, content approval are determined based on the income of this job, working time and skills that members need to complete the product, average income in the Blockchain field in Vietnam.
The proposed cost will be a worthy reward for community members who have made positive contributions to the development of the Vietnamese Cardano community, while also encouraging new people to join the Cardano ecosystem.
The cost of the Cardano Vietnam News project demonstrates the suitability and effectiveness of the Cardano ecosystem because:
The project will create high-quality content about Cardano in Vietnamese, helping to increase awareness and participation of the Vietnamese community in this ecosystem.

The project's cost is calculated based on the average salary of journalists, editors, web developers and project managers in Vietnam, according to data from the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. This cost is also in line with the typical freelance rate in the media and technology industry in Vietnam, according to data from Freelancer.com.
The project will bring value for money to the Cardano ecosystem by attracting and retaining potential users, increasing the ability to interact and trade with ADA, and contributing to the sustainable development of Cardano globally.
