LUCIA NANA FREMA ANOKYE
This project aims to educate 150 young university student entrepreneurs about the cardano blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries with a focus on the cardano ecosystem.
The project depends on several key partnerships for its success. Collaboration with universities is essential for securing venues and engaging students. The Cardano community will provide valuable mentorship and resources, while funding organizations are needed to cover project costs. Additionally, technical partners will assist in developing educational materials and online platforms. Lastly, engaging with local businesses will help promote the project and offer real-world case studies on using ADA for payments. These partnerships are crucial for bridging the knowledge gap and promoting Cardano adoption among young entrepreneurs in Ghana.
The project's outputs will be fully open source. This approach will ensure that educational materials, resources, and any developed platforms are accessible to all, promoting transparency, collaboration, and further innovation within the Cardano community. By making the outputs open source, we aim to encourage knowledge sharing and empower other initiatives focused on blockchain education and adoption.
This project aims to educate 150 young university student entrepreneurs about blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries with a focus on leveraging the cardano ecosystem. Using mentorship programs, specialized training and resources, it will equip students with skills necessary to blockchain based solutions that will help in addressing a global challenge in the industrial sectors especially in Ghana.
The main idea of this program is to combine cardano blockchain education and industrialization which helps entrepreneurship skills among university students and young graduates. With workshops, hand – on – training and the collaboration with industry stakeholders, the program will demonstrate the use of cardano blockchain technology in creating scalable and sustainable solutions to pressing industrial problems.
Below are the key components of the solution
Main tentative outcomes
Advantage for the cardano community
As a student studying a masters degree in international studies and diplomacy, I have the skills to craft a global strategy for promoting the use of Cardano, especially for the purpose of this project young student entrepreneurs. During my studies, I participated in policy making and research seminar dubbed; Moroccan Social Future: Policy making and research with A & k advisors and MCISE. I have engaged with international stakeholders such as governments, financial institutions, and NGO’s. My diplomatic training enables me to negotiate partnerships, engage with policymakers, and navigate international regulations, especially in developing countries. In fact, my understanding of diplomatic relations allows me to navigate business ideas by individuals and respect local policies while leveraging global best practices and serving the people.
Having a bachelors degree in political science has helped me in my analytical skills in policy evaluation and monitoring of projects.
My role at the parliament house as a research assistant with the social cluster committee as well as my internship at phoenix health insurance demonstrate strong organizational, policy related skills in making this project a success. I am accustomed to working within structured framework and collaborating on socially impacful initiatives, which will be critical in delivering a well coordinated and high impact project. I have also gained experience from working with international organisations such as the United Nation Volunteers where a participated as an accelerator in an online campaign in Asia–Pacific 5 with the ministry of social development and human security Thailand to the sustainable development goals.
Lucia, who is my co-proposer, is a student at the University of Ghana studying bsc. business administration. She is versed in key business principles, financial management, and strategic planning. The knowledge she has will play an important role in the operational aspect of the project to ensure sustainability. She has experience with Apex Bank PLC, which is the central bank for all rural banks in Ghana. Her experience in this bank is helpful for the management of project funds, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
She serves as a Kufuor foundation scholar, which was founded by the former president of Ghana, His Excellency John Agyekum Kuffour. This has given her the needed skills in public speaking, advocacy, and event management with effective communication with key partners.
Teaming up with Lucia brings complementary skills, which is essential for the technical aspect of the project. My knowledge and experience with her background in business administration provide and ensure that operational and financial compliance and the ability to engage all stakeholders and partners in order to deliver the project meets expectations.

Total Budget: 32500 ADA
The cost provided is a well-organized allocation of resources for this project aimed at engaging young university student entrepreneurs with Cardano-based educational initiatives. Here's how the budget represents value for money for the Cardano ecosystem:
Project Development and Research (600 ADA)
Value: Ensuring the project’s goals and objectives are clear is foundational for success. This phase will help define the project’s strategic direction, maximizing impact and ensuring resources are used efficiently. The relatively low cost here demonstrates a lean approach to planning.
Engagement of Key Parties, Stakeholders, and Interested Parties (500 ADA)
Value : Gaining support from stakeholders enhances the project's credibility and reach, fostering partnerships that could sustain it beyond this phase. The cost is reasonable considering the potential for long-term relationships with important influencers in the ecosystem.
Young Students Engagement (400 ADA)
Value: Engaging students is crucial for Cardano's growth, as they are likely to be the future builders and users of the ecosystem. This investment is critical for inspiring the next generation of blockchain adopters and developers, making the cost efficient given the long-term potential.
Logistics and Venue Rentals (5000 ADA)
