The Cardano community faces low representation at crypto events, stemming from a scarcity of major projects and infrequent Cardano-focused gatherings, which hinders growth and visibility.
This is the total amount allocated to Rebud: Expanding Existing Events To The Cardano Community.
Our existing crypto-centric events will be enhanced to provide access to the Cardano community, giving them greater presence and engagement in the crypto space.

Our project will not be open source because we aim to maintain exclusivity for our community members. We host multiple events throughout NFT conferences, with some being open to the general public while others are reserved for community members only. This blend of accessibility allows us to create a unique experience for our dedicated supporters, which is crucial for fostering engagement and loyalty within our community. By keeping certain aspects of our project closed, we can ensure that our events remain special and tailored to our NFT holders.
Our proposed solution focuses on enhancing our existing crypto-centric events to actively include the Cardano community, thereby increasing their visibility and engagement within the crypto space.
By integrating Cardano-focused programming into our events, we aim to create a unique platform for Cardano users to connect, network, and share ideas. This approach not only addresses the current lack of significant representation from the Cardano community at crypto events but also fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among attendees.
The project will engage a diverse audience, including NFT holders from both Ethereum and Cardano, crypto enthusiasts, and industry professionals. This cross-chain interaction will enrich the overall experience, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.
Our existing events provide valuable solutions, including great networking opportunities and access to a mix of holders from multiple chains. We also focus on educating newcomers about cryptocurrency, promoting onboarding, and making the crypto space more accessible.
Our unique solution benefits not only the Cardano community by providing them with a platform for greater presence but also enriches the broader crypto ecosystem by promoting inclusivity and collaboration. This initiative is vital for Cardano as it helps to strengthen its visibility and relevance within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
Our project aims to create a significant positive impact on the wider Cardano community by extending our existing crypto-centric events—held annually at NFTLA, NFTNYC, NFT Las Vegas, and Art Basel Miami—to include Cardano community members. Currently, these events see very limited representation from Cardano, and by inviting this community to participate, we will enhance their visibility and engagement in the crypto space. This inclusion will not only bring sponsorship opportunities for Cardano projects but also highlight innovative initiatives within the ecosystem.
To measure the impact of our project, we will utilize both quantitative and qualitative metrics. Quantitatively, we will track attendance numbers, particularly the representation of Cardano community members at our events, and analyze the level of engagement through feedback surveys. Additionally, we will monitor the number of sponsorships secured by Cardano projects as a result of our events. Qualitatively, we will gather testimonials from attendees and Cardano projects to assess their experiences and the perceived value gained from their participation.
We plan to share the outcomes and opportunities resulting from our project through various channels. This includes publishing event recaps on our website and social media platforms, distributing newsletters to our community, and engaging with Cardano-focused forums to highlight the success of the events. Furthermore, we will collaborate with Cardano community leaders to ensure that the outputs reach a broad audience and facilitate further engagement within the Cardano ecosystem.
Ultimately, the success of our project will not only provide tangible benefits to the Cardano community but will also foster a spirit of collaboration and inclusivity, further enriching the overall cryptocurrency landscape.
We have a strong capability to deliver this project with high levels of trust and accountability, as evidenced by our consistent track record of hosting successful crypto-centric events since 2022. Our presence at major conferences like NFTLA, NFTNYC, NFT Las Vegas, and Art Basel Miami has not only been sustained but has also garnered recognition within the community. Each of our two-day events provides a welcoming home base for attendees, where they can relax, enjoy free food and cannabis, and engage in meaningful networking opportunities with project founders, community members, and cannabis customers alike.
Our commitment to creating a vibrant and inclusive environment has led to positive feedback and appreciation from participants, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted organizer. This history of success gives us confidence in our ability to expand these events to include the Cardano community, enhancing their visibility and engagement in the broader crypto space.
To validate the feasibility of our approach, we will implement a structured plan that includes clear goals, timelines, and performance metrics. We will regularly review progress against these metrics and gather feedback from participants to ensure we are meeting their needs. Additionally, we will collaborate closely with Cardano community leaders to align our efforts with their expectations and maximize impact.
In terms of financial management, we prioritize transparency and accountability. We have a dedicated project management team responsible for overseeing the budget and ensuring proper allocation of funds.

Our project is designed to scale up Cardano's presence at major crypto events, with a focus on increasing community engagement, networking opportunities, and overall visibility. Below is the adjusted breakdown of requested funds for each milestone, ensuring we allocate resources effectively across all events.
Milestone 1: Preparation for NFTLA
Requested Funds: 20,000 ADA
Milestone 2: Preparation for NFTNYC
Requested Funds: 20,000 ADA
Milestone 3: Preparation for NFT Las Vegas
Requested Funds: 20,000 ADA
Milestone 4: Preparation for Art Basel Miami
Requested Funds: 20,000 ADA
Final Milestone: Project Close-Out Report and Video
Requested Funds: 15,000 ADA
By allocating 20,000 ADA per milestone, we ensure the successful execution of each event, while maintaining a reasonable budget for increasing the scale and impact of our efforts. The final milestone, focused on reporting and content creation, will provide measurable insights and long-term value for the Cardano community.
The cost of this project represents strong value for money for the Cardano ecosystem by significantly increasing the community's visibility and engagement at major crypto conferences. Currently, Cardano’s presence at these events is minimal, and our events are a proven platform for driving meaningful interactions, networking, and onboarding into the ecosystem. By extending our established events to the Cardano community, we provide an immediate and impactful solution.
The budget reflects realistic industry costs for hosting high-quality events, including securing venues, catering, entertainment, and marketing. Hosting events in cities like Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, and Miami during premier conferences comes with substantial costs due to venue rental, food and drink service, and entertainment requirements. The 20,000 ADA per milestone allocation is proportionate to the scale and quality of these events, as they provide attendees with a premium experience, including free food, cannabis, live music, and networking opportunities with project founders and community members across different blockchain ecosystems.
Our costs are justified based on industry norms in event planning, and by consistently delivering well-received events since 2022, we have established a track record of responsible financial management. This proposal offers value by creating a home base for Cardano holders at major crypto events, enabling direct engagement with a new audience while also educating and onboarding “normies” into the crypto space. The exposure for Cardano projects and the sponsorship opportunities created will provide long-term benefits to the ecosystem, making the budget highly justified and strategic for increasing Cardano's impact.
