3. Crypto traders are usually tired and depressed of losing money and they really want to recover money lost in Crypto.

Our team will produce a series of twelve high-quality talkshows (one talkshow equivalent to one video, each video lasted between 45 to 60 minutes, broadcast cycle once every 2 weeks) to share about blood experiences, the difficulty we face and valuable knowledge on the journey to success with Cryptocurrency. These videos are published on "KIEN THUC BLOCKCHAIN" YouTube channel. The series will focus on topics such as:

This helps increase adoption and creativity on the platform, attract new projects, and enhance diversity in the ecosystem.

• Secondly, many people in Vietnam will benefit from this project by being able to comprehend Catalyst better and be more involved in it, which will increase competitiveness and improve the quality of proposals. 

• Finally, this series will enhance Cardano's credibility by generating numerous exposure opportunities and by incorporating widely recognized and trusted individuals as specialists. This approach will not only bolster Cardano's reputation but also attract additional partners and promote the adoption of the Cardano blockchain.

I. Why we can successfully implement this project?

Like anyone else, I'm just an ordinary investor. Lacking expertise in the Cryptocurrency sector and driven by a "quick fight, quick victory" mentality, I have incurred significant losses. This has given me a profound understanding of the feelings of failure and bitterness in this market. After considerable effort in learning and research, I have decided to focus on Cardano. I firmly believe that Cardano represents a beacon of hope for all of us and holds the potential to shape the future of humanity. I sincerely hope that each individual person will gain a deeper understanding of Cardano and avoid being misled by market pitfalls in the future. Therefore, I am eager for my project to receive funding from the Catalyst Fund and to gain the support of the community.  

In addition to this, I am also pleased to be a member of the talented and innovative team - "KIEN THUC BLOCKCHAIN". Our main job is an event organizer as well as an researcher, we also have the opportunity to collaborate on events, livestream, webinars, talkshows, etc, ... with major partners such as Contentos, Tien Thuat Toan Capital, Sai Gon Tradecoin, ... Since 2021, we have organized various events to raise educational awareness of blockchain and digital currency, from small-scale events to large-scale events for 1000 people.

III. What are the key factors in producing a successful talk show? How can we produce a talk show that engages our audience and stands out from the crowd?

To produce good quality videos as well as successful talkshows, from planning and preparation to execution and evaluation, we have to make sure that we are meeting the requirements needed so that we will reach the standard specifications on our products to publish.

Here are the key steps we have to follow as below described:

Step 1: Define Format and Plan Production

• Time: Day T-10
• Prepare script, questions, topics, research, graphics, music and transition as well as choose the venue and set up the background will be like this illustration:

• Choose a host speaker and invite guests/ experts/ specialists: The content leader will rehearse the content with the host and guests to make sure that they are comfortable and confident with their roles and responsibilities.
• Marketing this video series on social platforms such as Facebook and Telegram.

Step 2: Video Shooting

• Time: Day T-5
• Once the detailed script is ready, the guests/ experts/ specialists and the host speaker will shoot the video in a studio within one day per video. The video should ensure high quality and bring positive energy to engage viewers.

Step 3: Video Editing

• Time: Day T-3
• After shooting the video in the studio, the editor will need one day to process and polish the final video to enhance its quality, clarity and impact.

Step 4: Video Upload and Sharing on other Social Media Platforms

Besides, it also gives us a chance to interact with our audiences directly.

1- The proposed cost has been tailored for each position involved in the project. Given that this is a creative project with significantly elevated video quality standards compared to standard marketing initiatives, it is essential to select team members based on the following criteria:

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in their respective positions.
• A solid understanding of the blockchain sector and the Cardano ecosystem.

To ensure the videos are captivating, it is necessary to engage a professional studio and utilize specialized cameras. All associated expenses have been optimized to a reasonable level that is suitable for Vietnam.

Therefore, we found that the cost for each category is entirely reasonable.
