[GENERAL] Will your project’s output/s be fully open source?
Yes
[GENERAL] Please provide here more information on the open source status of your project outputs
Opensource Status:
Currently we are actively looking for local schools and community partners to be able to join in the project to help with the open source curriculum at the same time code based that we will be giving out free to the public.
Because we are targeting not just systems dev , but also game dev and adjusting the traditional way of the work there is a lot of things that needs to be done and polished mainly the pain point of the soon to be operators or clients ( aka companies ) where in they pay per click because block chain reliant, we are in the process of adjusting the resources to be able to properly reflect what should be taught for block chain backed tech and game dev.
Not just that but also the code based and the training modules that would be needed for the courses that we plan to make.

[CAPABILITY & FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
I know that the feasibility aspect of the project is the easiest to tackle so is the accountability why you might ask?
Education -> Work
because we are aiming to be a hub for innovation in terms of providing DaaS at the same time the project is government backed which we are already in talks with, there is a system in place that the government here needs proof of work at the same time identity and connections it is easier to make the hub for education and innovation viable and to be able to work.
In terms of feasibility the government is already pushing it with its branches so its easier to do the schools, next is the education i have been a volunteer in teaching tech more into android , web and game development since 2014 in the local community at the same time i already talked to some of my friends that want to be a part of the project so the education and implementation of the work in education will be easy at the same time i already works as a prof at the local university they need this , like NEED it, as the local uni doesnt even offer the standardized education so it is even better because we will be providing them with the means to do it.
Looking ahead because this is community focused it still needs money to be able to provide the education that is where DaaS ( Developers as a service ) comes into play , the hub will act as a talent pool that will be there to educate and offer jobs to our most talented individuals that we will produce.
at the same time we plan to have it up on online platforms such at youtube, rumble , twitter and spotify, because if we enable monetization in them we will be able to generate income so that we are able to fund the up coming years , and remember this is government backed and pushed so it is guaranteed to be taught and used in class rooms around the country
These are the key milestones that i know would properly make the project into an ideal program not just for us but also for the community
- School partnership - because the government will be pushing the project , the schools will be introduced to us via deped , DICT and DOST. they will serve as our base clients that we need to provide service to in terms of learning
- Government assisted aid - because the government is the one actively seeking block chain programs for education they are also offering aid in terms of funding as well as assistance in school introduction and locations for major events for the project
- Government pushed training to schools - they are the main proponent in the project that will be actively pushing the new curriculum to the schools so we will not be actively looking for school , students , and community partners
- Tech hub - Currently there isnt any space that is a tech hub, its only timed event , what we aint and want to do is to have a dedicated space for not just learning but also a space where we are able to offer jobs to the students once they are ready, which is a major boost not just for the government but also for the schools that they will push harder for the project
- Offering DaaS ( Developers as a service ) - Because we cant rely on the good grace of the government and the cardano community we would be providing this service to keeps the lights running and to be able to serve our community , as there is always a need for developers more specifically block chain devs we will offer such service with the hub so that we will help our community at the same time keep the project funded so that we can continue providing it to the future generations
