I feel the challenge is to revitalise the Cardano community. We used to be excited about the future that the Cardano blockchain would bring, but that is now diminishing in the community buzz.
This is the total amount allocated to Workshop events "Let's talk Future of Cardano"..

Cardano has been driven by a strong belief and vision from the beginning. Workshops help to increase the number of core fans who resonate with them. I believe they strengthen the community.
No dependencies
Because it is not programming development.
However, the workshop format can be implemented worldwide.
I am organising a workshop to increase the number of core fans who resonate with the Cardano vision and to revitalise the community.
I am one of those who believe that Cardano is the best in the world. I have contributed to building the community in Japan, and together with my colleagues I have organised four support and meeting tours.
In the beginning, the community was very excited and there were many enthusiastic fans who were excited about Cardano's vision and future.
There were many fans who were excited about the vision and future of Cardano. However, seven years later, the community has become increasingly diverse and the vision is less and less discussed.
Now, with the development of Cardano and the creation of Intersect, we are about to enter a new era. The future is crucial. What can we do to make the name of Cardano known to countries, governments, companies and organisations so that they adopt the Cardano blockchain?
I think it is important to activate the community more. One way to do this is to increase the number of enthusiasts who share Cardano's vision and believe in Cardano's future. To this end, I am organising a workshop. At the workshop, participants will learn about Cardano's vision, Cardano's history, Cardano's current location, and passionately discuss Cardano's future.
In order to prepare for the workshop, I need to research and prepare materials about Catalyst's past projects and the achievements of Cardano related companies. It could be very important and hard work.
The workshop will be held in several phases. The first phase will be a pilot workshop-style meetup to establish the workshop methodology with people who have attended my previous meetups and become fans. Then, in the second phase, I will hold workshops with students and young people. And I will hold workshops for the general public ,too. These workshops will be designed to get people who were not familiar with Cardano before to become fans.
Fortunately, I gave an overview lecture on blockchain business and entrepreneurship at Hokkaido University in the second quarter of 2024, and I met some excellent students. Some of them were very interested in the blockchain-enabled future, and are also interested in Cardano.
There is also the possibility of holding similar workshops at other universities. This is because other community members are working with universities in different parts of the country.
As a package, the workshop has an affinity with other events. For example, if it could be held at Intersect meetings, it would reach a wider audience.
We believe that by increasing the number of core fans in this way, the community will be strengthened and invigorated.
The results of the project will be measured not only by the number of participants in the workshops, but also by the subsequent increase in the number of INTERSECT members, SPOs, DREPs, etc.
I will produce a report summarising the format of the established workshops and their outcomes. It will initially be produced in Japanese, but could be translated and applied globally.
I had joined the Cardano Foundation in 2016 to build the Japanese community. I then had joined the IOG from 2021 to 2022 and worked to increase the number of Cardano implementations in Japan. During this time, I conducted four meetup tours in Japan and built a growing fan base.
I have already started discussions with some people who are willing to co-host this workshop. We are also able to collaborate with Hokkaido University, which will allow us to host the workshop with students from the university.
The funding will cover the costs of the venue, transportation, accommodation and staff, which will be clearly accounted for this time.

This workshop will help build a core following in cardano community. As evangelists, they will contribute to the future expansion of the community.
It is hoped that this will lead to interest in Cardano among countries, governments, entrepreneurs, organizations, and investors, and promote the use of the Cardano blockchain.
