[SOLUTION] Please describe your proposed solution
Problem: As decentralized applications (dApps) scale globally, users will inevitably encounter issues that require support. Relying on a traditional support team poses limitations, as a small group of support agents cannot handle sudden surges in demand, and they are often restricted by language barriers, cultural differences, and time zones.
Imagine you are a new user trying to start using a decentralized online learning platform. You click the support chat bubble, but 30 minutes pass without any help, simply because it’s outside of the support team's working hours.
Solution: We propose building a global, 24/7 user support network for dApps, enabling them to provide professional, round-the-clock assistance. This system leverages smart contracts to ensure transparent payments and reputation-building, enabling continuous support without geographical or temporal limitations.
Users: In the initial phase, we will pilot this solution by building a user support team for Aladin Work. Any Aladin Work user will have immediate access to support, no matter where they are or what time zone they are in.
In the future, we plan to expand this support service to other dApps on various blockchains, eventually offering this solution to traditional businesses that have not yet adopted blockchain infrastructure.
Anyone around the world will be able to sign up to become a support agent.
Benefit:
- For dApps: They will instantly gain access to a flexible, scalable, professional, and globally available support team, operating 24/7. This helps reduce the cost and effort of recruiting, training, and managing an internal customer service team.
- For Support Agents: Customer service professionals around the world will have access to more job opportunities without the risk of scams. They can work on their own schedule and from any location.
Impact: This system will accelerate the development of services within the Cardano dApp ecosystem, serving as a bridge between dApps and end users in the real world.
How It Works:
- Any dApp can submit a request to establish its own customer support department.
- Any individual can sign up to become a support agent for the listed dApps.
- Users will connect their existing wallets, which will activate a smart contract that manages the support roles, payments, and reputation system.
Output: Initially, this system will be designed to support users of Aladin Work.
Eventually, any dApp will be able to create its own custom Customer Support system, and any individual user can register to become a support agent for available dApps on the platform.

Total Budget: 120,000 ADA
The proposed budget above is only an estimate, and when the project is implemented, the costs for each milestone and their respective tasks may vary and may not align exactly with the current projections. One key reason for this is the fluctuation in ADA prices. In the event of a significant price drop, we will temporarily delay some tasks to prioritize the completion of more critical ones. Conversely, if ADA prices rise above the estimated value, we will proceed with the remaining tasks, and any surplus at the project's conclusion will be allocated to R&D and end-user development efforts.
[VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?
The costs are calculated above based on the average salary for developers in Southeast Asia at the present time in USD, then converted to ADA at a price of $0.3 per ADA. We also budget an additional 10% as a reserve budget to minimize the risk of ADA prices dropping even lower. In case the price of ADA increases higher, this reserve is used to cover unforeseen expenses.
