WorkEvo is a decentralized AI task marketplace connecting AI companies with global workers

Approach:

WorkEvo is built around three key pillars: the AI Engine, the Task Marketplace and Blockchain Infrastructure.

Our approach integrates the AI Engine, Task Marketplace, and blockchain technology to create a transparent, efficient, and scalable platform. The AI Engine processes vendor input using OCR, ML, and NLP, passing outputs to the Task Marketplace for further verification based on confidence scores. Tasks requiring human verification are distributed fairly to workers, who ensure accuracy before results are finalized. Blockchain plays a key role by logging task completion data on-chain and triggering automated payments through smart contracts, ensuring trust and transparency. Additionally, a blockchain-based reputation system rewards high-performing workers with token bonuses and airdrops. This combination ensures seamless task management, payment automation, and scalable AI integration.

1. Transparent and Borderless Payment

The system uses an automated payment mechanism via smart contracts once the task is confirmed as completed. This ensures payments are accurate and transparent.

2. On-Chain Reputation System

The reputation system evaluates and rates workers and vendors based on their activities within the platform, such as work quality, performance, and payment timeliness.

High-reputation users are rewarded with incentives, while those with low ratings are closely monitored. This encourages all users to maintain a professional and high-standard work ethic

Reputation points are stored on-chain and updated daily to enhance the transparency and fairness of the system.

3. Fair Task Allocation Mechanism

The allocation system ensures that vendors find the most suitable candidates based on their criteria, and workers receive tasks that match their profile quality and productivity.

Additionally, a balancing feature is in place to ensure new workers are given fair opportunities alongside more experienced workers

4. Automated Task Review

Our algorithm employs a consensus mechanism to ensure accurate task results, while robust anti-spam and exploit prevention measures are carefully implemented to enhance result precision. The task completion data will be submitted on-chain that allows Smart contracts to verify whether a task meets the vendor’s requirements before releasing payment.

5. Flexible Vendor Costs

Vendors can adjust filtering criteria to find workers that best meet their needs, with costs varying according to the strictness of the chosen conditions.

6. AI Engines Integration

The vendor subscription management system operates on NFT ownership. There are 4 NFT tiers, each with 10 levels.

The success of a vendor’s projects on the platform influences their NFT level. Higher tiers and levels provide greater benefits to the vendor.

7. Batch Management

This work management mechanism divides large jobs into smaller, manageable batches, allowing vendors to easily track project progress.
