1. Cardano Vietnam Community– the most vibrant in East Asia, but many people still do not fully understand the potential and practical applications of Blockchain Cardano.

2. What have we done?Successfully organized free Blockchain & Crypto courses from Catalyst Fund 12, received high reviews and attracted a large number of participants.

3. Why take action?The Cardano ecosystem is growing rapidly, requiring resources from developers to create high-end application products. However, the lack of Blockchain knowledge in Vietnam is hindering the correct understanding of “Blockchain civilization” – the key technology for human evolution.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

Our ability to carry out our proposal to organize a free class on Blockchain Course for Vietnamese people with a high level of reliability and responsibility is based on the following factors:

1. We successfully implemented this Proposal while sponsored by Catalystat fund 12 attracting a large number of students.
2. We are the largest Cardano project information group in Vietnam. We have a Telegram group over 2700 quality members, Youtube channel Information synthesis website https://cardano.vn/. In addition, we also have blockchain class.
3. We have experience participating in Catalyst and successfully completed this proposal when Catalyst approved it.incubation at fund 7, fund 9 and fund 10, 03 fund proposals 11 and 02 proposals in fund 12. Therefore, that is the basis for us to make this proposal to help expand and develop the Blockchain community in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular in Vietnam.
4. Experience and expertise: We have a team of lecturers and experts with experience and deep understanding of Blockchain and especially the Cardano ecosystem. Have Influencer Coaching skills and participate in the Plutus Pioneer course. In addition, we have carried out similar projects and have been successful in providing quality courses and training on Blockchain. (Since 2017, we have organized nearly 60 Blockchain courses for the Vietnamese community with nearly 1,500 students and received highly appreciated from the community.
5. Infrastructure: We have invested in infrastructure to support the delivery of our courses. We use modern technologies and platforms to provide the best learning experience for developers.
6. Financial Management: We, with members who have financial expertise and experience in financial management for large corporations, have designed a strict and transparent financial management process. We will establish a financial monitoring, reporting and control system to ensure the use of capital for the right purpose and effectively.
7. Cooperation and partnership: We will build partnerships with relevant organizations, communities and companies to enhance the project's implementation capacity. In particular, we have the support of the Cardano Vietnam community in organizing the course. Therefore, we will take advantage of resources and support from partners to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the course.
8. We have groups and forums available for Cardano Blockchain Community have the need to learn and regularly exchange knowledge and news about Blockchain platforms.

All of the above factors help us build an environment of trust and responsibility, ensuring the implementation of the proposal to organize free Blockchain classes for Vietnamese people in a professional and effective manner.

However, during the implementation process, we also identified risks, specifically: number Too many students registering for the course will affect the output quality of the students. To solve this risk, we will propose a solution by: students who want to participate in the course need to have a commitment to the learning results through Blockchain Knowledge Test basic and advanced level, must achieve 160/200 points.

The main objective of the proposal to organize a free course on Blockchain for Vietnamese people is:

1. Improve Blockchain Knowledge: Providing free opportunities for Vietnamese people to deeply understand Blockchain technology, from how it works, potential applications to its role in the modern digital economy.
2. Promote personal & professional development: Open up job opportunities and career development in the Blockchain field, especially in the booming labor market in Vietnam.
3. Unleash Creativity & Entrepreneurship: Inspire students, researchers and entrepreneurs to generate new ideas, build innovative applications, and foster the tech startup community.

To confirm the achievement of the goals of the free Blockchain course, we will use the following evaluation measures:

1. Student Evaluation: Collect feedback from students after completing the course to assess their understanding and satisfaction with the content, presentation, and quality of instruction.
2. Number and quality of projects/practices: Assess the number and quality of projects or practices completed by students after the course, thereby measuring the level of application of knowledge in practice.
3. Course Completion Rate: Measures the percentage of students who complete the entire course compared to total enrollment, thereby measuring student engagement and interest.
4. Community Feedback: Collect feedback from the community on the contributions of students after completing the course, including the ability to apply knowledge in practice and contribute to the development of the technology community.
5. Online Statistics: Use online statistics tools to measure online community interest and engagement with the course, including website visits, social media interactions, and online community reviews.

Combining these evaluation measures will help us evaluate and validate the success of the free Blockchain course, and provide a basis for adjusting and improving the quality of the course in the future.

To give the cost for each task and work, we rely on the costs of organizing online sharing sessions with similar sharing sessions at the present time in Vietnam. Therefore, we evaluate the above budget requirements to ensure and promote the value of money for the Cardano ecosystem.

To make the cost of the project to organize a free Blockchain and Cardano course for Vietnamese developers reasonable and suitable for the Cardano ecosystem, we apply the following factors:

1. Analysis and research: The cost of implementing the project requirements will be specifically determined. This ensures that resources are used efficiently and at reasonable rates. Costs will be calculated based on the size and scope of the project. The use of a rigorous project management process helps ensure efficiency and cost savings.
