This is an extension and enhancement of the proposal. Rewards for community translatorshas been funded under Fund 7 and completed.

I. Reasons for our proposal

1. We are the largest Cardano project information group in Vietnam. We have: A Telegram group of over 2700 quality members, Youtube channel with more than 20 thousand subscribers. Website aggregates information Cardano.vn. In addition, we also organize classes teach about blockchain.
2. We have produced videos from IOG, Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson… with Vietnamese subtitles that have been well received and appreciated by the Vietnamese community. To increase the appeal and convenience for the community, we have developed videos with Vietnamese subtitles. Video demonstrationshas really attracted great interest and interaction from the community. That is what motivated us to make this proposal.
3. Our published translation videos are well received and appreciated by the community (Video Hockinson, Cardano360, Plutus, Marlowe……). We are well aware of the importance of direct translation videos from the original videos for the Vietnamese Cardano community and the expansion of the Cardano platform in general. Therefore, we will improve by having attractive voice-overs for the videos to attract viewers.
4. The Cardano community in Vietnam is growing strongly, the demand for new users to learn about Cardano is increasing, requiring documents and news about the Cardano Blockchain platform to be updated promptly and easily understood to attract many people.
5. The development roadmap of the Cardano platform needs to be presented more accurately and accessible to the community to build their trust.
6. The documents and videos of the Cardano Blockchain platform from IOG, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundation contain many new and difficult technical terms that make it difficult to access and understand the essence, even for translators with advanced English skills. Therefore, it requires more quality translators along with a reward to recognize them to motivate and encourage the spirit of such contribution.
7. The number of documents and news from IOG, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundation are constantly and regularly updated, so the number of translators cannot meet the needs of the community. It is necessary to increase the number of translators combined with contributions from the community with worthy incentives.

II. Impact

1. For members of the Cardano Vietnam community: both contributing to community development and updating documents and news about the Cardano platform accurately and promptly through translation products. For the current Cardano Vietnam Community, translating videos of the Cardano ecosystem helps expand the scope of communication and enhance understanding of Cardano for free; being updated on the development progress of the Cardano Blockchain platform to have the right awareness and trust in the Cardano ecosystem. In particular, members participating in translation have the necessary income, which will help them stick with the Cardano ecosystem for a long time and they are the driving force to attract and expand the Cardano Vietnam community.
2. For those who are new to the Cardano ecosystem: Having translated documents from the Cardano Foundation, IOG, Charles Hoskinson into Vietnamese is a key factor in attracting and training a diverse development community, creating a supportive environment for newcomers who want to participate and learn about Blockchain technology in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular; have the opportunity to easily access and learn about the Cardano ecosystem in their native language and can also make efforts to contribute to the development of the Cardano community in Vietnam.
3. Important effects of videos narrated in Vietnamese: help build and develop the Vietnamese Cardano community on par with the global Cardano community.The Cardano platform aims to create a decentralized development ecosystem where developers from all over the world can contribute to the construction and development of the project together. Vietnamese-language demonstration videos are a bridge to transfer knowledge and skills between different national development teams, creating a multicultural and multiracial collaborative environment.

III. Unique points of the solution

1. The solution to explain videos about Cardano in Vietnamese is the first and only solution in Vietnam for the Vietnamese Cardano community.
2. All videos about Cardano will be narrated in Vietnamese by a friendly, approachable, and inspiring voice.
3. Help many communities in need to access knowledge about the Cardano blockchain even when they take the bus, wait for a plane, jog, cook... It saves time and helps expand the user base.
4. Basic terms and concepts about Blockchain and Cardano ecosystem will be explained accurately, simply and easily understood.
5. We use AI voice to minimize (save 18000 ADA) budget costs.

IV. Implementation process

1. Project manager selects video (or community member recommends video) from project's Youtube channel IOG, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano Foundationand partner channels updated on list of translation suggestions.
2. Translation team members register to translate. After confirmation, the translation team member is responsible for completing the Vietnamese translation on time to receive the reward (if not completed on time, it will be transferred to another member in the community).
3. The Vietnamese translation will be reviewed by a senior consultant. Once completed, the translation will use AI (vbee.vn) to read the translation into a Vietnamese Audio file.
4. Next, the video editor will complete the original video with Vietnamese subtitles.
5. Our products and outputs are videos from the youtube channels of IOG, Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson... narrated in Vietnamese and updated on the youtube channel.
6. No later than 48 hours after the video is published by the youtube channels, we will have a Vietnamese explanatory video product on the youtube channel to update the content from the Cardano ecosystem as accurately and quickly as possible for the Vietnamese community.
7. We will update the work progress at online job update board.
8. We will measure the effectiveness of the product through the views and interactions of the current community on each video we complete.
9. With the potential of the Cardano ecosystem and the strong development of the Vietnamese community, our output will be a valuable source of documents in the long term.

1. For the Cardano ecosystem: promote Cardano Blockchain technology more widely to the growing Vietnamese community; attract newcomers to learn about the Cardano ecosystem easily in the native language, thereby attracting potential developers to join the ecosystem. This is demonstrated in translation videos. Ours has been doing, engagement continues to grow every day.

2. For the Challenge: Raise Vietnamese people's awareness of Blockchain and Cardano; Create positive community feedback on Blockchain Cardano;easy for beginners to learn and use, enable the Cardano community to recognize and participate in contributions, give opportunities for the community to develop so that the Cardano ecosystem becomes stronger and more sustainable.

3. Vietnamese video explanations from the Cardano ecosystem play an important role in the development of the current and future community. This is demonstrated by the number of new members connecting. Telegram group about Cardano increases every month. In addition, Vietnamese language demonstration videos will help expand the diverse and multicultural development community, facilitating global collaboration and knowledge sharing. This contributes significantly to promoting the development and application of Cardano in the future.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

1. We are the largest Cardano project information group in Vietnam. We have A Telegram group of over 2700 quality members,

Cardano youtube channel Website synthesizes information Cardano.vn. In addition, we also have classes teaching about blockchain..)

These are good platforms and ideal conditions for our products to disseminate knowledge to the community as quickly as possible.

1. We successfully completed this proposal when Catalyst Funding at Fund 7, and successfully complete funded proposals at fund 9, Fund 10, 03 proposals in fund 11 and 04 proposals fund 12. So that is the basis for us to continue to propose Cardano Video explanation in Vietnamese for Vietnamese people.

2. The Cardano ecosystem is still in the development and completion stage, Videos from IOG, Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson… are published regularly. Although Fund 9 is on hiatus for 1 year, Translation group since Fund 7 is still developing, members of the Cardano Vietnam community continue to participate in free translation videos (699 free translation videos) to update news as well as the development roadmap of the Cardano ecosystem and translated videos are still well received by the community, which is a testament to the Cardano community's responsibility and commitment to the ecosystem.

Notably, in November 2023, the Cardano Summit 2023 event took place in Dubai, and the team carried out production of nearly 50 videos with Vietnamese subtitles 1 month free for Vietnamese community.

1. The proposed implementation team consists of people with experience in financial management for large corporations. Influencer trainer, Plutus Pioneer, Blockchain research since 2017, programmer, Translator, Community management and development, translation experience, video production have worked, collaborated together and demonstrated the ability to execute and complete the proposal before the deadline.“Community Translator Rewards” funded by fund 7 andfund 9, fund 10, 03 proposals in fund 11 as committedand is doing02 fund proposals 12.

2. Many members of the translation team are also managers for projects funded with funds 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, fund 12, which is a very good condition for us to complete the work as committed easily.

3. However, during the implementation of the proposal, we also identified 3 risks:

6.1. Risk 1: Some new technical terms are not understood correctly. Our solution is: discussion within the translation team and consultation with Blockchain experts to understand correctly and provide accurate information to the community.

6.2. Risk 2: number of videos from IOG, Cardano Founditon, Charles Hoskinsonconstantly updated, the community does not have enough time to access. Solution: we work full-time, constantly updating and selecting the core, most important videos to translate; in addition, we will summarize the content of the remaining videos to help the community quickly access the main content Cardano news in brief.

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?

With the above cost for 1 minute of Vietnamese narration video completed in Vietnam at the timecurrent 7$ (equivalent to the current price of ADA being 20.5 ADA), our proposal calls for a budget of 14 ADA/min which is modest.

We allocate the budget and request funding as above based on the budget allocation table that the community highly appreciates in the proposal.“Community Translator Rewards” funded at fund 7. There, the proposal only stopped at creating Vietnamese subtitles, video viewers had to read the subtitles, phase 2 of the proposal, we improved by narrating the video, viewers just needed to listen, creating a sense of closeness, easy access and visually impaired people can also access news and knowledge about Blockchain Cardano.

In particular, much of the work done in our projects is free of charge, crowdsourcing to reduce project costs.

The proposed cost will be a worthy reward for community members who have made positive contributions to the development of the Vietnamese Cardano community, while also encouraging new people to join the Cardano ecosystem.
