1. Problem status:

The Cardano community in Vietnam is growing rapidly, but currently lacks a dedicated channel where users can share knowledge, update information about technology, projects and opportunities in the Cardano ecosystem. Current channels such as Telegram or unofficial forums are often fragmented, unstructured and do not meet the needs of professional discussion or effective community connection. This leads to difficulty for new users to access, while current members lack opportunities to learn and contribute to the development of Cardano.

2. Reason:

• We have been very successful in implementing the proposal. CardanoTalk for VietNam at fund 10, that's why we continue to propose phase 2 of CardanoTalk for Vietnamese people.
• The size of the Blockchain community in general and Cardano in particular in Vietnam is growing rapidly, requiring documents and news to be presented in a more timely and understandable manner.
• Cardano has successfully completed the Chang Hardfork, entering the period of community empowerment, the Decentralization phase has officially begun.
• Technical information needs to be presented more interestingly and with debate so that the issue is understood correctly.
• Translating documents is also difficult because technical documents about Cardano and blockchain contain a lot of technical jargon that is difficult for beginners to understand. Even translators with a high level of English have a hard time achieving fluency, comprehensibility and familiarity in their translations.
• The number of documents and news has increased dramatically (due to news related to government policies, Beartrap markets, Bulltrap markets, market crashes, etc.) so the number of full-time translators is not enough to meet the demand.
• Although all materials were translated and presented in written form, there was still a large number of community members who wanted to hear oral presentations with visual stimulation and the ability to interact directly.

1. How to measure impact

To measure the success of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project, we can use metrics and feedback from the community to evaluate the benefits to the Cardano ecosystem as follows:

• Number of people attending Zoom meetings per session. This metric means whether the talks attracted a lot of people or not. We will record the total number of people who attended the talk and compare it with previous talks.
• Number of topics presented and discussed. This metric means the amount of work we have completed.
• Number of questions in the meeting. This metric allows us to measure community response to topics.
• Number of views of video recordings of talks uploaded to Youtube. This metric means whether the topics we covered in previous talks are engaging with the rest of the community. We will consider choosing topics with high views to prioritize for future talks.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

We are able to provide the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project with a high level of reliability and responsibility based on the following factors:

1. We have completed this proposal funded at fund 10 and highly appreciated by the Vietnamese Cardano community.
2. We have experience participating in Catalyst and successfully completing many proposals. when Catalyst cincubation at fund 7 , fund 9 and fund 10, 03 proposals fund 11 and 02 proposals in fund 12. Therefore, that is the basis for us to confidently implement this proposal to help expand and develop the Blockchain community in general and the Cardano ecosystem in particular in Vietnam.
3. We are the largest Cardano project information group in Vietnam. We have a Telegram group over 2700 quality members, Youtube channel, Information synthesis website Cardano.vn. In addition, we also have experience organizing blockchain class; edit Blockchain Knowledge Questions from basic to advanced for Vietnamese people.
4. Community building: We have experience in building and managing online communities. We understand how to create a supportive, respectful and positive environment within the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese community.
5. Review and management process: We have experience in building project management processes, which is evidenced by our proposal being funded at fund 7, fund 9, Fund 10, 03 proposals in fund 11 and 02 fund proposals 12. We will apply strict content moderation and management processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information shared on CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. All content will be carefully reviewed before being approved and published.
6. Feedback and improvement: We will listen to feedback and suggestions from users and the community to continuously improve CardanoTalk for Vietnamese. We will take measures to quickly fix issues and optimize the user experience.
7. Transparency and funding: We have experience in financial management for large corporations, will provide information on funding sources and manage the money provided in a transparent and accurate manner. We will ensure the responsible and efficient use of financial resources, and provide clear reports on the use of funding for the project.

In short, we believe that our ability to deliver the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project with a high level of trust and responsibility is based on our expertise, vetting process, governance, security, and attention to user feedback. How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?

To give the cost for each task and work, we rely on the costs of organizing online sharing sessions with similar sharing sessions at the present time in Vietnam. Therefore, we evaluate the above budget requirements to ensure and promote the value of money for the Cardano ecosystem.

To make the cost of the project to organize a free Blockchain and Cardano course for Vietnamese developers reasonable and suitable for the Cardano ecosystem, we apply the following factors:

1. Analysis and research: The cost of implementing the project requirements will be specifically determined. This ensures that resources are used efficiently and at reasonable rates. Costs will be calculated based on the size and scope of the project. The use of a rigorous project management process helps ensure efficiency and cost savings.

2. Promotion and Marketing: Promotion and marketing costs will be determined to attract users and increase awareness of the CardanoTalk for Vietnamese project. We will use effective marketing channels and advertising campaigns to achieve this goal economically.
