1. The problem situation

The Vietnamese Cardano community is growing strongly but has difficulty accessing information and knowledge about Cardano and blockchain. Barriers include limited English proficiency, unattractive media materials (mostly text or video), and unsuitability for busy or visually impaired people. In particular, visually impaired people have almost no opportunity to access information about Cardano due to the lack of accessible audio content. At the same time, the Cardano ecosystem is constantly updating new technologies, projects and news, requiring a fast, accurate and convenient communication channel to meet the needs of the community.

2. Reasons and ways of looking at and approaching the problem

The Cardano ecosystem is in the expansion phase, requiring the Vietnamese community to be constantly updated to effectively participate in staking, DApp development and governance. However, current channels lack intimacy, are not optimal for busy people and ignore the blind group. We propose [FIMI] Podcast Cardano on Telegram for Vietnamese– a Vietnamese podcast channel, using audio to convey information in an engaging, time-saving, and accessible way. Podcasts take advantage of the growing trend of listening to content in Vietnam, stimulating the imagination and creating deep connections with listeners, especially suitable for busy and visually impaired people.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

1. We are the largest Cardano project information group in Vietnam. We have a group Telegram more than 2700 members quality, Youtube channel about Cardano, Website of information synthesis Cardano.vn.
2. We have experience participating in Catalyst and have been Funding at Fund 7 , fund 9 and fund 10 and 03 proposals fund 11. Therefore, that is the basis for us to continue to have further proposals to contribute to the development of the Cardano ecosystem in Vietnam.
3. We have experience in developing communities in Vietnam, especially about Cardano Blockchain. This is shown from 2019 to this point, we have built the largest and highest quality Vietnamese Cardano community with nearly 3000 membersregular interaction
4. Since July 2022 We have created a Podcast channel about Cardano Blockchain in Vietnamese with nearly 900 Podcasts (equivalent to 6263 minutes) and is well received and appreciated by the community.
5. We have been researching and educating ourselves on blockchain technology, including Cardano, since 2017. We understand the fundamental concepts of blockchain, the structure of Cardano, and how Cardano is built to be superior. This allows Us to master the content and share accurate and reliable information in the podcast channel.
6. We have good communication skills and creative writing ability, can convey information clearly and easily in podcast episodes. In particular, We also have the ability to create attractive and quality content, from topic selection, scripting, to content editing.
7. We has the ability to research deeply into Cardano and related technologies, can access and analyze reliable information sources to provide the latest and accurate information in podcast episodes. Additionally, We be able to evaluate and analyze the developments, applications and potential of Cardano.
8. We has participated in buildingCardano Vietnam Communitythe largest and highest quality, and are also the ones who contribute the most to Cardano Vietnam Community on Facebook.
9. We have experience in effective time management and responsible organization. We can create work plans, schedule podcast episodes, and ad here to set goals and timelines.

[Final Pitch] Value for Money

How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?

To come up with the cost for each task and job, I rely on Decree 38/2022/ND-CP regulations onregional minimum wageat the present time in Vietnam. Therefore, I consider the above budget requirement to be modest.

To use appropriate capital for the project, I have a specific plan:

1. Leverage existing resources: Leverage resources in the Cardano community such as experts, user communities, and related resources to reduce costs (I already have a youtube channel, the Vietnamese Cardano community). Combining and leveraging the community will help save resources and at the same time build an independent podcast channel and develop in a community-oriented way.

2. Marketing and Promotion Costs: Use effective digital marketing channels such as social media, websites, and Telegram groups to promote the project. Using these digital media can help reduce traditional marketing costs and increase outreach to the Cardano community.

Evaluate costs by industry: Research and compare industry averages for podcast production and marketing to ensure that your project costs are reasonable and competitive. Looking at industry average salaries, podcast media costs, advertising, and other factors will help ensure that your funds are used wisely and efficiently.

By applying the methods and capabilities and conditions available to me, the project to build a Vietnamese Cardano blockchain podcast channel can ensure the rationality and efficiency in using the allocated capital and help the Cardano community develop strongly and sustainably.
