ExpertsWay: Cardano Credentials for Ethiopian Devs

Problem

Employers can't trust local PDF certificates from Ethiopian developers. This widespread forgery blocks thousands of skilled professionals from accessing the global job market and fair wages.

Solution

Our ExpertsWay app is launching an on-chain diploma system on Cardano. We will issue tamper-proof credentials to bridge the trust gap, unlocking global jobs for Ethiopian tech talent.

Engagement and Communications

Our team is deeply embedded in the African Cardano community. Esubalew is an active member of the "Cardano Ethiopia" Telegram group, and we regularly participate in local developer meetups like "CodeNight Addis." This provides us with direct channels for feedback, beta testers (Milestone 3), and partnership opportunities with local tech hubs, which is essential for the success of Milestone 5. We have all the direct lines of communication required for this project.
