This project consists in 4 strategies to promote Cardano's network in mainstream social media networks in order to attract the young generation resulting in visibility, wallet downloads, usage and education. Also Developers and Entrepreneurs might get interested in building on Cardano because of indirectly being exposed to mainstream social media promotion.

Instagram strategy (Female focus):
Contact of several emergent models (10K to 100K followers). Then, propose the following: exchange of downloading the wallet and advertise it in their content (model downloading the wallet and hashtags) versus giving them access to our community. Then create a website with the list of models that downloaded the wallet and share it with our community.
Give the models some visibility in our community by promoting them in Cardano youtube channels and Cardano youtubers that are willing to support them.
Our community can support them by following, liking, writing messages and giving donations.

Tik Tok strategy (young male/female focus):

Creation of engaging content related to Cardano and crypto

Creation of trending content not crypto related adding but Cardano, ADA and crypto tags

Gaming Youtube (Male focus):
Creation of engaging and trending (highlights and funny moments) 2 to 4min edited video of several amateur gamers that have a growing follower amount and put Cardano Logo, Wallet and info as a sponsor/add
Ask to mentioned gamers to share our video
Give the gamers some visibility in our community by promoting them in Cardano youtube channels and Cardano youtubers that are willing to support them.

Music Youtube Playlist (General focus)

Creation of playlists modern trending with futuristic tendency in order to expose the general public the logo and name of Cardano. The channel would be called Cardano beats or something along those lines.

Staff needed:

1 Project manager - Previous management experience to fulfill this role.

1 Assistant manager - Previous management, supervisor, assistant, or senior experience to fulfill this role.

15 Promoters - 5 Tik Tok, 5 Instagram, 5 Youtube (3 hours per day each) (several languages). Being familiar with mentioned platforms is enough to fulfill this role.

1 Web site manager - Wix, Squarespace, Google sites or Wordpress previous experience is needed to fulfill this role.

Plan:

* Project manager communicates the plan by video conference to the team.

* Creation of 1 web site divided in 3 main URLs. 1) ADA Models 2) ADA Tik Tok influencers 3) ADA Gaming and Music Youtube.

The web sites will be simple and will display a list of around 50 influencers per page.

*Target: emergent influencers with 5K to 10K followers and influencers with 10K to 500K followers

*Proposition to influencers: Advertisement in form of 1) Posts (Instagram), 2) Funny and entertaining 10 to 15 sec video content promotion (Tik Tok) 3) 15 sec sponsor ad in Gaming Youtube channels 4) Youtube Music playlists. In exchange we post their name in our site web of influencers and share it with our community.

*Promoters contact influencers sending waves of pre-made messages: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 3 hours per day. Total of 180 hrs per week (15 promoters x 4 days x 3hrs per day) of messages follow ups included

*Influencers interested will reply.

*Follow up on the offer and set date of the ad. Ask them to advertise the download of the Daedalus or Yoroi wallet showing the action in their own style. Ask them to add a description and Cardano #hashtags ADA, Daedalus, Yoroi, Wallet, Crypto, Moon, ATH, BTC, Bitcoin, buildincardano.

*Add the influencers in our web site list.

*Assistant manager and Manager share web site with the Cardano community: Youtube Channels that promote Cardano, Catalyst members, CF members, Cardano Twitter, Discord and Telegram.

Detail budget:

Promoters - 180 per week x 6 weeks = 1080 x $15 per hour = $16,200

Expected result:

- Instagram: 24 messages per 2hrs + 1hr of research and follow ups per promoter (x5 promoters) = 120 influencers reach per day x 4 = 480 per week x 6 weeks = 2880 in total

- Tik Tok: 8 messages per 2hrs + 1hr of research and follow ups per promoter (x5 promoters) = 40 influencers reach per day x 4 = 160 per week x 6 weeks = 960 in total

- Gaming Youtubers: 8 messages per 2hrs + 1hr of research and follow ups per promoter (x4 promoters) = 32 influencers reach per day x 4 = 128 per week x 6 weeks = 768 in total

- Music Youtube: 1hr research + 1:30hrs take list of artists and ask permission to use their music + 3hrs to create the playlist + and 30 min to public on Youtube the playlist = 1 playlist per 2 days = 2 playlists per week x 6 = 12 playlists

Web site creation and management - $15 per hr x 4hrs per day = $60 x 4 days per week = $240 per week x per 6 weeks = $1440

Assistant Manager - Creation of influencer lists: 1) Instagram list 2) Tik Tok list 3) Gaming Youtube list 4) Music Youtube list

Communicating with the Project Manager and with the Promoters, create daily video or chat meetings, track progress, gather and transfer the data from the promoters to the website manager

$15 per hr x 3hrs per day = $45 x 4 days per week = $180 per week x per 6 weeks = $1080

Project Manager - Lead the team, give direction to the project, track daily and weekly progress, communicate with every member of the promoter team at least twice a week, communicate with the assistant manager on a daily basis, communicate with the website manager once or twice a week, follow up website development, create the pre-made messages for each campain, give advice to team members on how to follow up, communicate progress with Catalyst weekly.
