Sustainable Hubs in Cardano

Our community can accelerate the ecosystem, in order to allow this to happen we need to find a sustainable way to deploy Hubs in Cardano.

We will be able to provide a clear path on how to propose sustainable Cardano Hubs.

-We are able to create Hub Categories
-We are able to define success in each level of the hub activity.

-We are able to create scenarios where partnering with other Hub to achieve a Level up goal represents a Score for the Hub.

With the following growth in participation it will also start to become hard to follow these actors and keep track if these implementations are doing well, tracking KPIs etc.
The thing is, a Cardano Hub can be many things, but how do we do a proper ranking and classification, how do we avoid bottlenecks to a quickstart too? I started to think in some categories, and these categories are able to interact in different levels, with different roles. At same time is interesting the possibility to explore the partnership between hubs to coordinate implementations.
-Community: All related to managing and empowering members
-Marketing: Communication is a very important aspect of any business
-Training: Development and training center
-Business: Participating, modeling and engaging in events looking for business opportunities
-Services: How to make the HUB less dependent from Catalyst
All these segments are on top of Hub Administration capabilities.
Each Hub can have a level in each Service they want to provide, for example we can have a Level 1 hub in the Community category, this level will have certain aspects that will put him in this category, to change the level they need to prove capacity execution of a Level 2 Hub for the respective category, and maybe this will be achieved by collaborating with other hub in the same level. This will force other hubs to colab in order to achieve faster and better results.
Building a framework will require a lot of thought and will be a constant process, that is why we need a framework to think about these things and how we intend to achieve certain goals.
250K is to fund many hub proposals under the hub framework, probably Level 1 Hubs.
