1 - Detailed Problems statement:

1.1 Small local business owners/cooperatives can't afford to sell on current online platforms: high fees & long payment terms.

1.2 How could Buyers that want to be LOCAL Good or Service see a free-access market place to order from? Existing platform might filter, prioritise by commercial reasons or filter user ratings.

1.3 Seller-to Buyer Transportation current services are dependent on centralised platforms and they cannot fairly set their service fees nor manage their own reputation.

Example: The local bread shop saw 80% sales drop but still cannot sell via internet as not profitable!

2 - Detailed Solution proposal:

Make and experiment DApp with seller/buyer within an existing LOCAL food/farming community, leveraging smart contracts, Identities, promoting circular local economy.

This 1st-stage solution for Fund 3 should deliver a basic functional open source DApp, freely useable by the People, for the People, anywhere :-)

3 - Detailed Plan:

3-1 Pre-Vote Deliverables: refine and finalise resources/budgeting/timings and DApp specific scope of deliverables.

30-day deliverables: team on boarded, user journeys defined, tech architecture decided.

60-day deliverables: operational test version available for power user feedback.

90/120-day deliverables: app testing done, user interface done ready for roll out in local community.
