• PROVIDING PHYSICAL LOCATION:

Idea is to provide offices for Cardano Education-Promotional Service Center which will be used to educate users about Cardano projects, promote new projects and provide service of implementing created dapps for local companies. It will also be used as a meeting place for all Cardano enthusiasts and partners, free to organize educations, cenference meetings or just casual conversations and social gatherings.

• LOCATION

Center will be located in the center of Istrian peninsula on the north of the Adriatic Sea, which is one of the most significant tourist area in Europe with, on average, 4,5 million visitors from all around the World each year.

The building complex already has an IT company offices, tourist agency, a clinic and a coffee bar on the ground floor. IT company's CEO is owner of the building and part of the team that will provide Cardano based solutions and support to the community as well as provide 300 squared meters of office space to represent the Community. Office space mentioned here is the one on the picture.

• TIMEFRAME

As the team member is owner of offices location, implementation and use of space can begin immediately. Providing educational and promotional center from start. Service implementation will begin with tourist agencies that use services of the company.

KPI's:

• Opening Cardano network's offices by the beggining of 2021.
• Usage of the offices to represent and introduce the network to local community and tourists
• Expansion of the network users through neighborhood area and partner companies

*** CENTER LOCATION CONCLUSION:**

All of the above makes Croatia and Istrian peninsula the perfect location to develop Cardano community center and to further represent the community. It will provide the community with a location to meet and at the same time enjoy the beautiful surroundings, coast and islands.
With Croatia being a new addition to the EU it has a large potential due to developing new businesses, compared to similar locations in fully developed countries and large companies. The country itself is a beautiful tourist location with, on average, 20 million tourists every year and 2 million passing through a highway that is located 200 meters from the suggested site.
Funds needed are 12000 US dollars and it will be used to develop, represent and manage Cardano Center offices depending on the community needs for at least 5 years.

• CENTER'S FUTURE PROJECTS:

Primary use of the center will be aimed at providing ADA payments to local apartments and hotels in the area, and use of block chain possibilities in tourism.
Next project of this center will be starting of a crowdfunding campain or applying in next fund to start small glamping locations on the beautiful coast of Istria that would take ADA as primary method of payment for all community members that would be interested in this kind of stay close to the location of this center. This would be done with implementation of ADA with a tourist agency that uses software solutions of the above mentioned IT company that will supervise and maintain the premises of Cardano Community center.
Glamping sites are the form of the most eco friendly kind of tourism as they do not require any permanent buildings and is surrounded by intact nature. It is also the most economic form of tourism because of mentined reasons. Funds needed to build one site are in the range of 15-20 thousand US dollars, and with a tourist season in Croatia lasting 90 days it would need approximately 2 seasons to pay off investement with an average price of 110 USD a night. That being said, the ADA payments will have benefits over the conventional method of payment so the community members can get favorable pricing to stay and socialize in the above mentioned center.
For comparison purposes, this center will be located 30 km from city of Rovinj which has newly built luxury hotel Park with a price range from 1000 USD/night to 30000 USD/night.
