Educate on a local level and build a local community.
Office (Stockholm) at co-working center to build an incubation culture.

Systems Architect/Developer for 20+ years. Stared to learn about blockchain late 2016 and Cardano mid 2018. Co-organizer of a meetup.

Produce educational materials (also in Swedish) on different levels, from blockchain basics to deep technical content. Some materials will focus on research papers like how Ouroboros work.
After the summer there should be possible to hold physical events, but until then there will be online only.
Educate how to build on Cardano with simple examples + Coding sessions/seminars. Example of possible seminars:
- Show how Solidity can be migrated to Cardano.
- What is Marlowe
- Build with Plutus
- Use the APIs that are available for the wallet and nodes, etc.
- Setting up a Cardano node.
Get a deep understanding of the current and future research papers.
Follow the development of IELE to show how to build Smart Contracts with already established languages. (The Ocean)
Connect with local media to act as a local spokesperson.
Connect with local podcasters and influencers.
Establish connection with Universities.
Establish channels with the government, lawmakers, politicians etc to educate in the new technology.
Build partnership with educational firms for mutual benefits.
Build partnership with consultant brokers to be able to supply developers in the future.
Build POC's for companies and finally build full solutions.
Connect with VC-firms to build incubation possibilities.
Mostly free materials, but if companies request specialized content there could be fees collected to pay for daily expenses.
Currently there will be external costs while its not possible to have an office. My plan is to establish an homepage and start to build a local community. My hope is more to get going and establish a connection with Cardano network. So funding for 10 weeks with $200/week could be a starting point.
