Initial thoughts on options:
- add "what i need" tags to idea scale proposals and a way for the "talent" to be notified and/or search for proposals that match their interests
- use site like https://mygigs.com/ to facilitate team building...may be messy but there could be an integrated workflow between ideascale and mygigs type tools to help guide the proposal development process
Deliverables:
- Funding request is for vision and high level design for how team building capability could work
- community critique sessions (2)
- initiation of conversation with IOG on proposed change
Next Steps for Fund5:
- If funded I will submit a proposal to F5 with the deliverables from F4 + a proposal to implement the changes.
