Onboarding new Cardano users is too complicated.
Solution
Build small ATM like devices that can be placed is shops. Advertise Cardano and stakepool delegation on the side with lighting.

About this idea
The design will be open hardware (specs will be GPLv2). Just like the paper wallet terminal. Usable by everybody in the community. This way we can build an ecosystem of payment system products which use Cardano
