About this idea
Needs partnership with traditional actors in the micro-lending sector, ngo, with local politician, town hall, women associations, religious associations and a long term vision.
The cost would be mainly to convince to change (a little) habits rather than to develop the companion app.

We are well inserted in associative life of Côte d'Ivoire but this is rather a call for action to build a multi-disciplinary team.
