Indonesian Community Web-Portal

What We Want to Do

We want to build a one stop Cardano Community portal for Indonesian in local language with Simplicity in mind ; simple words, easy to understand and navigate (especially by young generation), and driven by the Community

Why?

With the raising demand of information and all things Cardano (including the Crypto space) in Indonesia, we noticed that;

1. No trusted Indonesian Language web/portal for everything about Cardano -->The community are finding hard to get even basic information regarding Cardano vision and mission that are valid information and non biased other than "price-action" web or other general "crypto-web" in local language. NOTE:  We also observe scammers are getting worse in the past few months going into Alonzo mainnet in Sep 2021. 
2. Indonesia low proficiency on English --> Please see attached for further research from EF
3. Scattered Community Managed by SPOs --> We also notice that the Indonesian SPO operators are starting to overwhelmed managing the information, updates, and guide the community through their web, telegram channel, etc.

With Indonesia entering its demographic bonus peak (2021-2030) we believe a trusted and well managed one stop hub (portal) in Bahasa that can reach younger generation are urgently needed.

What Success Looks Like

Active community contribution to support the content of the portal, a minimum ofweekly content all things about Cardano in Bahasa.

Regular community virtual meetup, expected to raise in registration and attendance. Will start on bi-weekly basis timed just after the mid-month and cardano360

Became the hub "all things Cardano" for Indonesian

[Month 1] Design & Build the Portal - working with SPO for feedbacks

[Month 2] Web portal live

Once live, the web/portal should aim to be in the page 1 of google search "Cardano Indonesia"

Onboarded minimum of 70% the SPO telegram members listed on the Indonesian SPO Alliance (https://adafolio.com/portfolio/706e40cc-84a7-11eb-a0f8-0242ac120002)

• GIRLS & CUAN are currently not active at the time of writing

Budget

Total $2,535

• Web Design & Web Developer $735 (including hosting and early implementation)
• Web Admin - 3month $750; to maintain the portal on early stages
• Marketing & Rewards $900 ; a $10/day for 90days marketing campaign for contributor rewards
• Zoom pro $150 ; to host virtual online meeting (pro) up to 100 participants/event (upgradable)

The Team

A team of two, and more!

• Dion - Myself, currently still working for Project Logistics company as Business Development, a blockchain and crypto enthusiast, with entrepreneur mindset. I will take the role as the Project Leader aka "The MAGICIAN"
• Toma - A great artist, illustrator, and web designer - he also can create some music jingle and cool animation! he will take care the role of Lead Designer aka "The LOVERS"
• The community - from SPO operators, delegators and even anyone can contribute (and receive reward from the community for their contribution - on Phase2)

This proposal is for the PHASE 1 ONLY of envisioned sCommunity Hub (Self-Sustained Community Hub in Indonesia)

• Phase 1 : Web Portal for Indonesian in Bahasa Indonesia (Local Native Languange) - FUND6

This phase will built the web/portal and live within 3 months (Q4-2021) focusing on concept design & basic functionality. 

• Phase 2 : Self Sustained Community Hub Indonesia - FUND7

The next phase will focus on how to maintain and develop the Community Hub across Indonesia

• Phase 3 : a Sharing Economy Cardano Indonesian Community - FUND7 or FUND8 or not necessary to request fund

The next phase is building the economy behind the project - which in Indonesia the concept of "Koperasi" or "Cooperative" with the approach of "dari Kita untuk Kita" . This phase can developed in parallel with Phase 2, depends on the progress.
