This is the total amount allocated to Cardano Creatives Swarm community.
Our project is all about creating a center, a point of attraction, so that different projects can subsequently gravitate around it. It is the musical score, the space and time on which the different notes can be arranged to form the creative melody in the great Catalyst symphony.
We have already done a first "Cardano Creatives swarm session", which allowed us to certify the necessity of this idea. About thirty people participated in this event, which also attracted new people. Our solution aims to broaden the horizons of Catalyst by diversifying the fields of interest and initiatives.
To date, there is a gap between the digital outsiders and the Catalyst experts and regulars. Yet the values of Cardano's movement aspire to a global change, which will in the futur have an impact on the whole of society. Our project is not only about art and culture, it is a way to open up debates, to integrate and attract new people into the movement, by combining technical skills with philosophical and artistic reflections. This is why we deliberately use the broad term " Creatives".
We think that to open the doors of the community to a wider audience, it's necessary to propose places where the language and topics of discussions are more accessible to all and a little less technical, so that everyone can participate and feel able to identify themselves, without feeling overwhelmed or not qualified enough.
Roadmap
The aim is simply to strengthen elements already present in the community which are deeply represented by the philosophy of Catalyst swarm and orient these elements so that art and culture are officially represented and seen as fundamental to the overall process of reflection.

We will focus on actions that merge the Creative community with the Catalyst process. It is difficult to predict the various forms that this creative community will take, as we wish to adapt it little by little according to the needs. It is an experiment and means evolving and transforming.
But one thing is sure, our priority is to maintain a respectful, collaborative atmosphere and act as much as possible in a way that makes everyone involved feel supported and included, and keeping as a common thread the Catalyst swarm philosophy.
Relevant experience :
I have a wealth of knowledge in art, both theoretical and practical. My years in architecture and art history have given me a good understanding of the issues in these fields. My creative approach has always been guided by social and philosophical dimensions, which i have put into practice as a psychological and pedagogical consultant and advisor. Moreover, Calix has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry

This proposal is effectively addressed to the Challenge brief and requirements. By organizing our Events we provide an effective solution to a current problem. Onboard and integrate new people into Catalyst, use the creatives swarm session to build new teams, generate with time workshop to increase collaboration and also propose to bringing people together and creating new and diverse groups to identify with.
Feasibility :
With the support and in collaboration with the Catalyst Swarm we have the possibility to use the Swarms knowledge, experience and resources to drive this proposal to its success.
Auditability :
All progress, achievements as failures will be documented via an monthly report in the Catalyst Town Halls. Achieved milestones will be listed on the Website dedicated project Blog. The event and their progress will be recorded and made available to all, and most of all activities will be updated and available on the telegram and the dedicated channel.
