Bring Ethereum NFT users to Cardano

⭐️ Please note: 

1. One of the benefits is that the Cardano community will see and try the MVP before proposal voting and provide feedback. Based on that community would be in a position to decide to support the proposal or not during the voting.
2. In addition to pulling in adoption from Ethereum community, service will benefit Cardano NFT enthusiasts, projects, artists, and collectors by providing an excellent tool for NFT analysis to make better decisions and avoid scams.

Project Overview:

CheckNFT.io - Business Intelligence and Data Visualisation service designed especially for NTF enthusiasts. Service uses on-chain, social and other metrics, enriches it to deliver unique and insights ready for decisions.

How does it work?

Browse, analyse, compare, get notifications and alerts about your favourite assets, projects and find real gems.

MVP and core service functionality (give analysis and info) will be free of charge:

• Comparison of NFTs by Collection / Creator in terms of $ performance to find gems
• Easy-to-understand visual info on NFT transfers and transactions to facilitate asset performance analysis
• Basic alerts about risks and red flags including Aauthenticity
• Sentiment analysis for projects and creators
• Collection assessment for tracking

Detailed plan:

Phase 1: Before voting

Mid-December 2021 - MVP release.

• Ethereum blockchain analysis and visualisation features for selected NFTs. Compare different NFTs to pursue the best opportunities. (check screenshots attached to the proposal).
• MVP improvement and additional features release.
• Browser app (chrome) - to provide useful analytics right in Marketplaces interface.

1. MVP launch
2. 10000 collectibles analysis in first month.

Phase 2: For the voting (Proposal scope delivery).

Mid-January - Mid March 2022 - Cardano blockchain integration (in case of proposal approval).

• Works to integrate Cardano GraphQL with CheckNFT.io core Engine - CryptoAPI to analyse Cardano NFTs in addition to MVP functionality (Ethereum NFTs analysis). Budgetary estimates* ~9500 USD. 
• Service UX/UI update to reflect Cardano NFTs analysis in the design and implementation of features that will reflect benefits of Cardano NFTs (e.g., cost of the transaction with NFT and investment cost, cost of listing on Marketplace, etc.). Budgetary estimates* ~4000 USD.
• API development for integration with 3rd party dAPPs like Cardano Marketplaces etc. Budgetary estimates* ~5000 USD.

* - All costs above the budgetary estimates will be covered by checkNFT.iO Co-Founders. The checkNFT.iO project has no external investors at the moment of proposal submission.

🎯 Success metrics:

1. Cardano NFTs are integrated into the service. 
2. 10000 Cardano collectibles analysis in 1st month after Phase 2 delivery.
3. 2000 Cardano NFT analysis from the ETH users (initially ETH NFT analysed then Cardano NFT) in the first month after release. 
4. In 12 month - 1mln. Cardano NFTs analysis per month, 200 000 Cardano wallets connected, 100 000 Ethereum users per month (wallets connected) analysing Cardano NFTs and clicking on Cardano Marketplaces from service. 

Please note that due to the scope of work nature (works on integration, UX/UI design, and API development for checkNFT.io backend) cannot be reused on other projects (no product to be created) - IPR for the results will stay on the checkNFT.io side.

Phase 3: After proposal scope delivery.

Mid-March - November 2022 - New features development, premium subscription model implementation and release.

Wallets connection, Portfolio assessment, Risks analysis, Alerts and notifications functionality, NFT forecast analysis, Collection / Project / Creator analysis, Social sentiments analysis, Chrome browser app, Integration with Marketplaces, etc.
