Win-Win Dispute Resolution
Win-Win is a decentralized dispute resolution platform and marketplace built on the Cardano blockchain. It allows disputing parties to find a suitable mediator to help resolve their conflict in a timely and cost-effective manner outside the court system. The marketplace enables mediators to focus on the mediation process without having to engage in often questionable business boosting practices; cases flow to mediators for a small percentage of their mediation fee.

We have been funded through Catalyst to develop our platform, being the 1st place in DApps & Integration in Fund 6 (https://drive.google.com/file/d/13h5JFtwqyylMUNMoRGXQZ-FJEM4bznOJ/view).
Our team also won 3 prizes in the Cardano Summit hackathon, and won 3rd place in the CardStarter hackathon, both in 2021.
Continuing the development of our platform, we now are looking for a 3rd party to audit our smart contracts and certify them to be launched in the mainnet, which is going to happen during Q1 according to our roadmap.

Auditability
Since this is a proposal requesting money to audit, which is going to be done by a 3rd part, we don't have any specific success KPIs, and our success metric is that the 3rd part is going to be contracted and will perform our audit within 3 months after we receive funds.

Budget
Based on our preliminary research with possible 3rd party auditing groups, we estimate that the costs to perform the audit of the Win-Win platform will be at least $30k. The final, exact value would be confirmed only once the smart contracts are ready for review.
Therefore, we are submitting this proposal requesting $30k. Any costs above that will be absorbed by Loxe Inc. In the unlikely case of audit cost is lower than expected, the remaining budget will be used to pay scholarships for interns to work on Loxe Inc. projects.
