Further Description
Although our project is designed to incorporate traditional informal workers such as the self-employed, our objective during its first phase is to incorporate a younger audience in both urban and rural areas, from 18 to 30 years old (which in our region is the hardest hit demographic in regards to the percentage of unemployment, specially after the pandemic).
These are people who have just finished their high school studies or are beginning/going through undergraduate studies, who probably will not get a job in a formal employment scheme due to their lack of experience/time, but who already possess technical knowledge which enables them to carry out simple or menial tasks and labor, such as changing a lamp, replacing a switch or similar basic electrical installments, fixing a leaky faucet or making clothes alterations, walking, grooming or bathing pets, etc. In rural areas, this would also apply for grounds-keeping, animal care and home repairs, amongst other possible variants.
In this regard our platform would be different from others such as Workana, which basically seek to connect highly skilled people more directly to small companies that have complex needs, such as creating a website. Our platform seeks initially to connect people who have relatively simple needs, but who find it difficult to fulfill them with someone who lives close to their homes, to ensure speed and lower costs, and that although they do not have a professional career, their school training, such as that present at so-called technical high schools or undergraduate courses, give them the ability to help quickly with everyday problems, and for which the compensation would surely be lower than what a professional would charge, therefore generating a positive cost-benefit realization for the users.
In a second phase, we would be incorporating self-employed professionals, so that those people who have problems with a higher level of complexity can also contact them from the platform.
Regarding the exact market share we would hope to attain from within the approximately 140 million informal workers that currently inhabit our region, that is partly the reason for the execution of market research during the initial deployment phase, so as to glean precise information through polls and focus groups carried out in mayor LatAm hubs.
Lastly, Cardano integration would relate to smart contract development so as to eventually provide Cardano/stablecoin payment solutions, while additionally enabling the possibility of staking to an underlying SPO as a means to both preserve savings from the high regional inflation rates, and generate additional and much-needed income for the platform users.

Contribution to Cardano
The main contribution we aspire to make to the Cardano ecosystem will be leveraging the predominantly informal nature of working conditions and the existence of high inflation in Latin America to attract new members to the Cardano community, building a platform aimed specifically at enhancing income levels and preserving savings for workers in the region via a gig economy approach. We will also generate valuable market research information that can be of use to the Community throughout multiple projects.
