Evaluate and Pilot a Professional Project Management product that is fully mature to operate in parallel with the existing auditing process.

Identify Project Management product and purchase licenses
Start the Pilot: Identify and Recruit Volunteer Funded Projects that will work with a Pilot and will continue working with the existing reporting process.
On Going Assistance: From Start to Finish the Project Team will work with Volunteer Projects to use the system, setup their projects and keep them moving.
Evaluate: Work with a team of interested member in this Auditing Community to evaluate the Pilot's Effectiveness.
This proposal meets the Improve and Grow Auditability goals.
Purpose is to enhance the communities ability to Audit and Monitor each projects progress.
Impact: A effective Project Management tool that can handle the project growth we expect, that is user friendly, not too time consuming to use and offers a top down look during project execution will enhance our ability to effectively Audit a large number of projects.
There are many roles for a PMO (Project Management Office) but for this Pilot I think the description below is appropriate;
Supportive: This kind PMO is less about direct control and more about influence. They act like more of a consultant, advising project managers, teams, and individual contributors alike on best practices without having the authority to tell anyone what to do.
Feasibility:
Project Team has over 20 years in Managing and Staffing Projects.
There are many mature Project Management Solutions on the market that will be effective for this purpose.
Auditability:
PMO and Reporting capabilities that will give the Auditing Community and Voters a view into multiple projects and their status will be available.
Budget:
$6,000 - License for 10 - 25 Projects.
$6,000 - 3 x $2,000 (3 person team to assist proposers get started and keep moving)
