Rational
We have two proposals to build tools to upgrade a traditional community risk sharing organization called Iddirs in Ethiopia and a project for lobbying lawmakers and authorities to legislate and a blockchain enabling legal framework.
The Cardano localization project for Ethiopia will be a complementary proposal for the success of this two and future Cardano based projects in Ethiopia.
