Scale up Chinese community- videos

Problem

During the past 6 months, I have been working on the Cardano China Info Hub initiative. The main objective was to grow awareness, foster trust, get people interested in investing in Ada, and encourage people to join the Cardano community. It has been a great success, today the Chinese-speaking Telegram group has 980 members, additionally, it is a high-quality community where most members are rational and have a long-term vision in Cardano.

The challenge at hand, however, is to scale up. In the past, I have mostly relied on myself in terms of content creation, Telegram moderation, Q&A, and community updates.

Recently the workload Chinese-speaking community has increased and become challenging to manage. I have been editing my own videos and doing some basic video SEO, organizing all the affairs on my own. To scale up, help is needed in those areas.
