Enable Cardano DAO for new users

[IMPACT]

The user base for DAO based organizations is increasing, but Cardano needs to gain traction and create differentiators in regards to other blockchain technologies such as Etherium. To do so two things are needed

1. An expansion of the potential market in new direction
2. Kickstart the onboarding by creating a quality knowledge base and starter kit explaining how Cardano DAO maps to DSOO concept

For the first point we have created a DAO for providing consultancy on integrating Cardano DAO technologies with the Distributed Self-Organizing Organizations (DSOO) concepts described by for example Holacracy and Humanocracy.

At the core of the DAO offering is access to a knowledge base that describes how to apply Cardano DAO to operate and support DSOO organizations, mapping the DSOO principles to Cardano DAO concepts. The knowledge base is a community property, i.e. will be made freely available.

This request covers this second point, i.e. the kickstart of the knowledge base. The initial population of this knowledge base must be done by experts who can create high quality content and establish a critical mass of information needed to attract a community. We want to hire subject-matter experts to ensure the quality.

Following the initial content creation, subject matter experts will be invited to join the community. Active contributors will gain tokens when adding and editing content. Requests from DSOO organizations (clients of the platform and Cardano) will be delegated to consultants based on earned tokens, i.e. top contributors gain preference in serving client requests. This ensures a living community based on merit and rewarding contributions through client consultancy contracts.

In following steps the knowledge base can be linked to smart contract libraries and templates, to help DSOOs move from organization concepts to actual running Cardano DAOs.

• Through the knowledge base DSOOs will be encouraged and enabled, to adopt Cardano DAO.
• This combined with the DAO offering consultancy will engage the new user community.
• We expect minimum of 100 new cardano engaged users during the project duration
• This will increase the number of Cardano projects and adopters.

Identifying initial content providers. Through the senior people in our team contact has already been established to international communities and experts who can contribute.

Establish critical mass. The content that must be available to reach critical mass must be identified in detail.

Marketing the platform. The platform and the unique offering must be heard in the jungle of DAO technologies.

Below there are two timelines, one timeline for the content creation (the scope of this application) and one for the creation of a DAO (not part of this application). The two depend on each other.

Content Creation (covered by this application)

Brendan McEnroe - CTO of TradeWindow (start-up 3 years), Blockchain International Trade System based out of New Zealand. First Blockchain company to list on the NZ Stock Exchange. Experienced in Decentralisation.

Kevin Lee Smith - Founder of Pragmatic framework, structured information base about enterprise transformation supported by tools for maturity discovery, years of experience in enterprise architecture

Project agile board with backlog (DSOO use cases expressed as Epics, Specific content expressed as user stories)

2 weeks sprint reviews will be published to the public trough project webpage in detail and as a summary trough telegram channel.
