Marketing in a world that aims for Web 3.0 relies on "manual-work and trust" and is not scalable.
We will separate the "content delivery work" from human manual work by making it a protocol.
This is the total amount allocated to Automated Multilingual Tool.
■Purpose of this document
We would like to create a mechanism to multilingualize not only the information transmitted by Cardano blockchain, but also all the information transmitted by the projects in its ecosystem, and deliver it to the local community in real time.As a first step, we would like to ask for grant support to set up the media and run it for the first six months plus local community development.
■Summary of expected add-value of this proposal
・The amount of content distribution related to Cardano blockchain will increase by 2 to 5 times.
・Information dissemination costs for each ecosystem project will be reduced by 50-80%.
・Loyalty of all stakeholders in the ecosystem will increase.
・Related projects such as Dapps and launch pads will be activated.
・The activation of related projects will make it easier to create best practices.
・The creation of success stories will lead to the emergence of new projects.
■Motivation
Currently, there is No Web 3.0 Marketing. Each project has its own internal PR/IR team. Recently, some projects have built a strong ambassador network in each country. However, since the information sent out by each project is managed and delivered by people through human hands, it is unclear whether the information will reach them or not. In other words, marketing in a world that aims for Web 3.0 relies on "manual-work and trust" and is not scalable.
problem 1. Centralization of marketing activities
-Non-English speaking communities drop out from ecosystem discussions, which leads information to not reach them.
-Centralized and dependent on people, with limited autonomous decentralized mechanisms.
-Low diversity.
problem 2. Mixed tasks between delivery-task and engagement-task
-The project is not just about distributing information, it is about gaining engagement.
-Content delivery is administrative work, while engagement is a PR activity.
-Since the ambassadors in each country do both the administrative work and PR activities manually, it takes time and effort.
problem 3. High learning costs and barriers for participants to enter.
-Lack of Information volume and delivery speed, people have to decide which product to choose based on rumor-level information such as tertiary and quaternary information.
-There is a disconnection of projects delivering information after fundraising, not creating a long term relationship, but a bubble market.
-For startups, it is very costly to continue providing a broad education.
■Solutions and the value Scalably Inc. brings to Cardano Network
Scalably solve the problem by eliminating the content delivery work for project and community leaders, allowing them to focus their resources on gaining community engagement.
Scalably Inc. will separate the "content delivery work" from human manual work by making it a protocol for disseminating the information sent by each project in the ecosystem, in each language area. It will automate not only the creation of information pages by deploying them online, but also the completion of delivery to each community activity space, such as Discord communities and Telegram.
The protocol works for your ecosystem delivering content to community spaces P2P in a borderless web3.0 community, no one will ever be behind from global community activities!
In addition to our dedicated tech team, this protocol has been researched and developed in collaboration with some of the world's top language tech companies.
■Future Prospects
The platform setting up this time will be public that anyone in the Cardano Network ecosystem can use, and have a plan to move it to decentralized management in the future.
In addition, when this plan succeeds, Scalably will expand the language package, expanding language coverage to minor language areas.
Furthermore, all information will be stored in IPFS, and aim to record it forever as the history of humanity.
■Post-grant governance
Activities
Issue and report monthly progress report from the project team.
Report the planned activities for the following month.
At the completion of the project, which is the sixth month, report on the overall project results. Also, propose the next activity goals and aim for the mid-term to the long-term success of the project.
We solve the problem by eliminating the content delivery work for project and community leaders, allowing them to focus their resources on gaining community engagement.
As we are well on our way to launch, the question is how many people we can reach with this solution. In this sense, we will continue to promote the solution through Catalyst and through the engagement we send out to the community every day as SPO.
We believe that we can also utilize and promote "AtalaPRISM hackathon with devillage", which is being proposed by Fund8. https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea /397429
■Key milestones for realization
1.To complete the launch of the protocol media.
2. to continue to support local fan community activities.
3.(Optional) The project will set up a program to promote content dissemination and support the activities of community leaders.
■Phase planning and grant requests
The plan is to complete the initial ecosystem media infrastructure setup by the end of April. We will implement a marketing campaign for the second half of that year. We would like to ask for grant support for Phase 1.
■Schedule
This time period: Start in March 2022, target launch in April, operation by the end of October 2020
