Blockchain and Cardano aren't easy to understand and learn. Everybody responds best to a certain way of getting things explained that varies
Make a blockchaindiary-website where people explain in their own words what they have learned about blockchain and Cardano. Sharing=Caring
This is the total amount allocated to Blockchaindiary Education Hub.
Learning blockchain and Cardano is hard for everyone. If we create a community where people can share their struggles and explain to the others what they have learned in their own words, we can create a community where people educate each other, and generate a big library of different ways of explaining this difficult subject.
Every person can choose freely the language in which they make their own blockchain diary, and also the way to do it. The easiest way will be a vlogtype of diary, but also podcasts, written explanations or presentations will be possible
A questionnaire will be provided with the key questions to be answered to explain a blockchain/Cardano principle, or can be chosen freely by the diary submitter
Marketing will be done in first phase focused on social media marketing, spear headed by Tisha who has experience in promoting businesses online. Twitter - FaceBook - Instagram - YouTube ( the Langbassadors YouTube channels ) - TikTok. Marketing budget will be used to promote the website on these social media to test out which medium works best for the promotion of this initiative. Swarm sessions - TownHalls and discord promotion will be done by Rik & Tisha to increase awareness within the Cardano & Catalyst community itself
Besides the creation of the website in the first 3 months after funding, we intend to sponsor blockchain diaries of 3 people , done in 3 different languages as well to demonstrate that everyone choses the format and language they feel most confident about. Each of the 3 sponsored diary writers engages themselves for bringing minimum 1 entry a week during a period of 1 year, to ensure a solid basis of website content.
The possibility for subscribers will be created to rate the diary writers and individual content
The website will be open to everyone, and a key success parameter will be the number of diary submitters we can generate over that period of 1 year.
The second success parameter will be the number of subscribers/views we can generate on the website.
In the long run when the Education hub has generated enough diary submitters and subscribers, incentives will be introduced to reward excellent content and content providers, chosen by the ratings of the subscribers
This will be a long term project, since the step from being a crypto newbie to becoming a seasoned Catalyst voter or proposer is immense.
