[IMPACT]

In the innovatio community we continuously encourage collaboration and exchange among members, we seek to generate synergies between projects and communities to achieve better results.

If we were to relate the Innovatio community to the Catalyst challenge, it would be as follows. "The Innovatio community is a digital HUB with early-adopter audiences looking to adopt blockchain technology at the enterprise and individual level" is a high-quality public target for the Catalyst community.

Innovatio as a brand develops audiovisual content on its social networks to attract the attention of digital users and encourage them to participate in the community, and as a HUB, members have different value propositions that we will develop later.

Next, we will define how the community (general) and the HUB (Discord platform) are directly related to the challenge.

The Innovatio community is aligned to the following guidelines and objectives.

• Our understanding of the target audience is clear, early-adopters of the digital world.

• The community has tools to measure with high precision the engagement and growth of the community/HUB. (Discord and Social Medias Tools)

The Innovatio HUB pursues the following guidelines and objectives.

• It complies with the MVH principle by being a digital space already developed on the Discord platform with Zoom events supported by the Catalyst Swarm Team.

• HUB development and implementation of new crowdsourcing tools are simply scalable and low executive cost.

The challenge of our community is to make a good on-boarding of Catalyst to early-adopter users, as well as to integrate the different activities and contents generated by the rest of the community, however we believe it is an acceptable and motivating challenge.

[FEASIBILITY]

Innovatio HUB is developed on the Discord platform, where there are already more than 350 verified members, so the engine is already running and has a track record of 3 months ago. (Check community and social networks)

We have been generating posts and audiovisual content to attract the attention of the target audience, we have developed a defined and decisive community and brand philosophy.

We have also conducted weekly events called "Innovatio Networking Sessions" accompanying Catalyst proponents in the different stages of each Fund.

Our social networks allow us to interact and bring new digital users to our HUB of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and early adopters, our work on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram in recent months has yielded good results.

Within our HUB on Discord we encourage networking and the exchange of business value among members in the following ways:

• Exchanging opinions, ideas, experiences and, knowledge through text channels.

• Publicizing high-value events and activities for entrepreneurs and early-adopters in the Innovatio community for on-boarding new users to Catalyst. (Swarm School, IdeaFest, Gimbalabs, Cardano AIM, CNFTs events, etc).

• Development of audiovisual content in social networks with a high flow of target audience, animated videos, infographics, interviews, etc. (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram)

Our goals for this quarter are as follows:

• Adapt activities from at least 3 communities external to Innovatio that are part of the Catalyst community.

• Generate at least 2 audiovisual pieces of content per week for the different social networks.

• Make a daily activity in the community to promote community engagement. (Check actual Workflow)

• Generate at least 2 professional interviews with serious Catalyst projects to visualize the value of blockchain technology in a didactic way.

• Reach at least 800 verified members.

[AUDITABILITY]

The quantifiable ways we have to analyze the progress of the community and its impact with Catalyst are defined under the following metrics

1) Number of verified members within the Discord community.

2) Number of views and interactions of the content produced on the different social networks.

3) Number of participants in the activities developed by the Innovatio community.

4) Interaction statistics in Discord and future crowdsourcing tools implemented.

5) Amount of audiovisual content produced.

The Innovatio community would be fulfilling its mission if it can attract early adopter digital users to the Catalyst community, to develop proposals on the blockchain or to get involved in Voltaire governance.

We want to build a digital space for enthusiastic entrepreneurs who can enter Cardano through our HUB, activities, philosophy and on-boarding.
