Every human has the sovereign right to travel. Yet based on where we are born and the passport we hold that right is limited,
The birth certificate/record of live birth is the cornerstone from which all modern-day Identifications stem. Bornstone Dao enables sovereignty-conscious individuals to record the birth of their child on the blockchain. This grants 2 advantages: the ability to create blockchain-based identifications that reference the on-chain record of live birth as well as immutable proof of humanity.
The DAO enables this by providing witnesses to the event. The process starts with the parents utilizing the web 3.0 app to fill in the name, place of birth time, parent's name, nationality, etc and submit it as a proposal to the Dao. The witnesses of birth, whether remote or in-person, will then vote on if the information submitted is indeed correct. The backing of the DAO validates the authenticity of the documentation. Documentation is now on-chain and intertwining the child's very existence with blockchain technology.
Identifications such as ID's and passports will be printed by the DAO. These documents will reference the record of birth, verify its authenticity and offer a borderless experience to holders. This concept can thrive in remote tribal communities and so-called third-world countries. This blockchain option could offer a great solution for secondary identification and digital identification that cant be lost or doctored.
Bornstone Dao addresses the challenge because it allows forward-thinking individuals and families to proactively plan how their budding family will maintain their sovereignty and family estate. With blockchain-based identification that starts at birth, it would make it really easy to handle the inheritance of digital assets.
