I'm a systems engineer with a master degree on cybersec currently working on the IT department of a financial institution, former co founder of an app dev startup passionate about blockchain projects since i learn about it and started to invest in some of the new Cardano projects

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

With the develop of a Chat App that every project with an annual subscription fee can create a propper and professional way to communicate with its comunity, the main idea is to avoid the current fud of the whole industry and focus on the real communication with the holders.

Providing functionalities up to the project admin regarding what the holder can do on the chat according to their holdings. (only read option, send texts option, voting, sharing of images, sharing of gifs, etc).  

The app will be able to connect and read from the user address an make sure the user that want to access a project comunity is actualy a holder and depending on the parameters set by the project and the amount of tokens or coins hold by the users will be the rights among the project chat.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

funds: the main risk is run out of funds to complete the project, the way to mitigate this risk is first work on the MVP, launch this MVP to production and from there continue working on all the rest of the functionalities and taking into consideration the voice of the comunity giving real use case to the project and allowing other project to start using the MVP.

For the MVP phase we will have the PM, and IT Architect, two mobile app developers we will also use BlockChain expert as consultant and for phase II we will see how the team needs to growth and what profiles are needed in order to be able to deliver as expected for the following phases of the project. the services that can be contracted as consultant services will be done in that way, as accounting, human resources, and blockchain experts. (at least at the MVP stage)

The idea is to have the funds needed to build the MVP, once on production the project should be able to fund it self by the participation of the community projects and the payment of the subscription fee with a good price strategic to motivate them to participate on the project since the beginning.

We will use and adopt an agile methodology in order to have sprints with the use of open source tools that help to track the status and progress of the project plan

Massive adoption from the projects of the cardano ecosystem, massive adoption of the project holders and a decrease of the current fud among the projects.
